The lake view and the lake is amazing! Very clear, clean! Hard, sandy bottom and shallow. I love that there are lounge chairs available so you can sun bathe. The restaurant/bar on site was very good! Drinks and food! You could also get your drinks to go if you are staying on the property. Bartender (never got her name) was the best!! All the employees were very nice and accommodating! The pool, lazy river, hot tub, slide very fun and clean too! We will definitely be returning with our 17 yr. and his buddies.

The only thing I would have to say is the balconies and the chairs need to be wiped down and swept out. Too many dead bugs and spider webs

I loved the room view of the lake for the 1st night we stayed. Then we got another night stay but we weren't able to get the same room nor another room with a lake view due to a wedding taking place. Come to find out there was no sign of a wedding, no guests no wedding atmosphere and we saw there were still many room on the lake side that were unoccupied. So we were lied to then. So the 2nd night wasn't as pleasant and there were a lot of may flies everywhere all over the entire property. It was quite sad that we weren't able to stay in a room with a lake view due to not being able to enjoy the balcony and the view the next day since we arrived at the hotel quite Iate the very first night. We're planning on staying there again this upcoming 4th of July weekend, if there's rooms available, of course.

That we were not able to get another room with a lake view the 2nd night staying there and the May flies that were on the building on cars flying everywhere in the front of the hotel in the parking lot. It was difficult to go outside at night due to those bugs.

The property was clean filled with beautiful hollyhocks plenty of room to just sit back and relax. The staff/housekeeping/and Maintance men were very polite and greeted you with a smile and a warm hello or good morning. Pool area was well kept had plenty of clean towels and restrooms were clean as well. The bedrooms was cleaned with a excellent view from your private balcony that was equipped with two chairs and a small table, the bed was was amazing but not firm (for people who prefer a firm mattress). Breakfast was the basic lol but everything was clean and stocked they even have a restaurant on site (but plenty of fast food and gas stations with a coffee and Slurpee machine less than 5min away). It was amazing my little ones enjoyed it.

The location was nice being on the lake. They had seating outside where you could enjoy the lake view. There was a pool but we did not utilize

Check in was supposed to be 3:00 pm. We arrived at 3:45 and they only had one person working the front desk. When it was our turn, they had to check to see if our room was ready. It should be ready as it was now 4:00 pm. No urgency on the staff to speed up the check in process.

Didn't like that animals could roam unleashed. I had to verbally ask someone to get their dog because it kept running towards us walking along the lake. I feel that should be policy. Why should I be worried about a large breed pit bull mixed dogs action? Another guest had 3 Golden retrievers that barked at other people. This definitely will keep some visitors from enjoying the lake because of fears of roaming dogs.

The experience at the resort was fantastic. From the front desk, which was fantastic, to the rooms cleanliness, exceeded our expectations. The only drawback we could say was that the breakfast buffet. On a scale of one to ten we would rate it a two. We’ve stayed at many, many hotels throughout the country and Europe. We just stayed in Vermillion, Ohio at a Holiday Inn Express and there buffet was great compared to this hotels. No eggs or meat products were offered. Everything on the buffet was sweet other than the bagels.

Everything was great! The front desk girl deserves some kind of raise or award for checking people in and checking to make sure the rooms are clean herself. You can tell she was very short staffed and she was still very calm and pleasant. We arrived Friday at 5pm and some rooms still were not ready and a lot of people were not happy but she handled it well. Great place to stay though we loved it.

That we couldn't stay longer to enjoy all of the amenities and the check in process they were swamped and rooms were not ready for guests so the 1 lady that was running check in had to keep leaving to check and see if rooms were cleaned before she could check people in

Bunk beds were great and the beds themselves were one of the most comfortable mattresses I've slept on. My kids love the water slide and it was cool because I used to stay there when I was a kid with my parents now I'm taking my kids. Restaurant was delicious kids loved the arcade. Didn't make it to breakfast.

Price point was steep.

I had last rented a Jacuzzi Room on Lakeside....Water barely came out and took very long time to fill.. Hot tub for adults down in waterside/ pool area cold and maintenence not very friendly whatsoever to numerous families who " tried " to reach out to someone to let them know so most of our stay time hot tub colder than the pool areas...
