The breakfast was just okay. All manly carbs. No scrambled eggs, sausage or protein options. That was very disappointing. Still had to go out for breakfast as my husband is diabetic and the options were a diabetic nightmare. Small pillows for the beds, had to ask for a few extra. The door handle to our hotel room was not functioning properly. The key wouldn't work right because the handle needed to be tightened with an allen wrench. Told staff the first of two nights about the issue, and was told that maintenance would fix it the next day, however that didn't happen.

Breakfast was ok. Waffles were good.Location was super! Literally really close to food and gas, and both lakes were in not far distance. Front desk clerk when we arrived was very nice and helpful. Nightshift clerk was very friendly, tended to our needs, keep lobby and pool area very clean. Didn't have to wait long for extra towels. She was the best! She deserves recondition. There were cameras around the property, felt very secured. Hot tub was an added bonus, hot and roomy. Staff kept both pool and tub clean, some hotels don't care to check their pool areas, you did. Great access to front lobby and parking lot, Thank you!

More choices at breakfast. We did pay a decent amount of money to stay there. At least fresh fruit, and 1 breakfast meat, toast. And keep the orange juice machine replenished. Each day of our 5 days, the OJ was watered down. Wish they would of vacuumed our room at least once during our stay. Overall Nice hotel.

Room very nice, staff great, pool and hot tub great. Breakfast, enjoyed bagels and cream cheese with coffee and juice. Before and after my father's funeral. Before we headed home.

Bed too soft, had a hard time sleeping, felt like I was going to fall off of bed, when I got to close to edge of bed

The Housekeeper and front desk staff were so friendly, they loved our Frenchie we took on vacation with us. This hotel is very pet friendly and that is hard to find! Also, the pool and hot tub are wonderful, even though the pool is not heated and a tad chilly. The family has so much fun just coming back after adventures to relax.

There were only 2 chairs and one small table on the patio by the pool, making it difficult for a family to get out of the pool to eat and get back in.

Stay at this hotel several times and stay is always excellent. The only small issue is the bed is extremely soft. They put new bedding on a couple of yrs ago and it's extremely soft. I am used to extra firm. But everything else from the staff to location to amenities makes up for that.

The morning we checked out we had already arranged to check out 1 hour late because of a zoom meeting however the cleaning lady opened the door on us and rudely asked why we're still there, interrupting an important meeting.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. If you ever needed a place to stay this is where I would recommend. The beds, the pillows, the pool, the hot tub, the staff, the breakfast. Every single thing about this hotel is wonderful. Not a single bad thing to say about this place.

Check in was quick and friendly. Pool and hot tub were outstanding. Rooms were clean and nicely made. Towels were better quality than what I've had at more popular brand name motels,

The only thing we felt was lacking was the breakfast, No hot food other than waffles. No meat, potatoes, etc.. Bare bones breakfast.

It was very convenient location and was a good value for a holiday weekend

The continental breakfast did not have many options. No fresh fruit like bananas or oranges and no hot breakfast.
