The pool was excellent

There was a constant dripping of water from above door C. It was impossible to enter or exit through that door without getting water dripped on us. There was a delay in getting into our room because the door cards would not work, even with the help of the front desk. My biggest concern is that door C was not locked when we arrived. I hope it was locked during the night but I did not check.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

That I had to get new keys because after a while they quit working, the keys were not by my phone either. And my door to the pool was hard to open to get back into the room, it literally only gave us 1 second to open the door if it even worked at all after sliding the card, luckily it wasnt too bad to walk down another hall and to my front door. that's the only issue i had, those card devices need to be updated

Good location, nice indoor pool with jungle gyms for kids, decent value for the money. Hotel isn’t fancy or super clean but overall offers quite a bit for the $78. Very family focused.

Staff were as friendly, breakfast ended promptly at 9 AM and guess were abruptly asked to leave the room which was locked behind. Bathroom shower also backed up.

Hot tub was great, pool was little too cool for me, breakfast was decent. Clean and no critters thar qas a major plus. The bar onsite is awesome and the bar tender is amazing

Could use a little more variety on the breakfast like maybe bacon and sausage gravy and biscuits

I was pleasantly surprised based on some of the previous reviews. My room was huge, comfortable and clean. Could the place use a little updating sure - but still a great place to stay. Huge indoor area for kids, large facility for breakfast.

Better selection for breakfast. The place was booked full - knowing that I would have thought they would have just done a little more.

The disrepair of the halls, lack of signage to direct you toward breakfast, and no sign to say there was no elevator, that the photos on the site make it look very nice, but in reality it's really old and dank musky smells in hall. There were 2 remotes and at first neither worked till we went downstairs to ask and it was something in back of the tv that had to be pushed in more.

When we try to checkout waiting for a long time and no one was there rang the bell multiple times and no one showed up did not like that I just had to leave the keys there anyone could have taking them and we had no receipt

This is the first time we have ever traveled with our pup, and the Grayling Ramada were very welcoming and helpful with details regarding our dog.

Nothing really, the room was a bit older, but the beds were amazing and so were the pillows.

Great location, close to family for holiday.

Didn't like being on 2nd floor, but that's my fault. I am handicapped and should have called and asked for handicapped facilities. When my wife was alive and we traveled a lot when we were young, we always looked for Ramada.

The pool was cold but the hot tub was nice, I was recovering from back surgery and that was nice

Not very handicap accessible with the gate latches and getting in and around the building was tough when I was by myself. I use a scooter
