I stayed here for 4 nights with my friend. I only had breakfast 1 morning as event I was attending was serving breakfast. My friend went to breakfast everyday and she thoroughly enjoyed it . Location of hotel was great, I loved that it’s set back from main road enough that you can’t hear car traffic . The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious enough and had great shelves too. The staff was friendly

We did not partake in breakfast but it looked like standard fare. Our room was exceptionally clean and quiet and the tv quality was amazing!

We weren’t thrilled to be able to see the hot tub from our room- those folks probably didn’t realize we could see them. I also was not pleased to have a $50 charge held overnight. I paid enough for the room to cover a $50 loss if we had caused any issues, which is absurd to think we would.

The facility is nice, clean and comfortable.

People were smoking Marijuana in the hot tub and the smoke was vented into the pool room. We could not enjoy swimming with our son because it smelled so bad so we only swam for a little. We also were unable to use the hot tub because of the stoned and drunk group of people in the hot tub all evening. They were not following the rules at all so we just enjoyed our room instead.

Our whole experience at the hotel was wonderful. We stayed because it offered a pool and hot tub. Our family used them a few times every day that we stayed. The breakfast was excellent and we used the common area of the hotel a few times during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. My grandson left his stuffed animal in the room at check out. The front desk called right away when housekeeping found it. Luckily we hadn't left town and we went back to pick it up. We will be returning to this hotel next time we are in town. I highly recommend this hotel, it exceeded all our expectations.

Everything. Entire property was very clean, rooms were large with huge vaulted ceiling, the bed was soooo comfortable, and had a great breakfast. The staff was so friendly and great help, they seemed to really take pride in what they were doing. I truly can’t say anything bad about this hotel other than I wish it had been in a location we were actually vacationing in, not just passing through for 1 night haha.

The breakfast was exceptional! Great options, make your own fresh, hot pancakes (the kids will have fun cooking their own. Safe to do). Many great selections. 24/7 coffee in the dining area and a Keurig in your room. Great staff, pool, hot tub, very clean and great staff focused on your happiness and comfort while you visit. Very helpful and accommodating. Very clean, comfortable, and safe. GM Collin was very attentive to all visitors and treated staff and visitors with great respect and care.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything was great. This was our best hotel experience ever.

The location of this hotel to what we were in town for, great location for us. We've been here a couple of times and never had a complaint. I will say, though I didn't request it, I wound up in a handicapped room and I thought the shower was a bit small.

The lack of parenting by other adults. Had kids running up and down the 3rd floor hallway at 11 o'clock at night.

I stayed here earlier in the year and absolutely loved it! This will be the hotel I come to for any occasion happening out in Gaylord! It’s a very respectable place to stay!

The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the breakfast. There wasn’t much to choose from as there was during the first time I stayed.

We stayed in the king suite, the bathroom was huge and the room was pretty roomy. Couch that turns into a bed. The beds & pillows were very comfortable and it was very clean! Anything I needed they were there to help. Pool & hot tub was great as well!

I didn’t not like anything, our stay was great but a nice bonus would be to put more towels in the room. There was only 2 when we had 2 adults and 2 children. & have body wash in the shower.

Everything was awesome from the establishment, the rooms, and the staff. We only stayed one night so we didn't use any amenities but what we saw looked great.

The only thing I didn't like was that they say they have gluten free waffles but no gluten free waffle iron. Cooking gluten free waffles on a waffle iron that is used for all the waffles does not work. There should be a waffle iron exclusively for the gluten free waffles.
