Breakfast was fab! Loved the pool, hot tub and sauna! Really great you offered limo service to casino and local restaurants/shopping! Had a balcony view of the valley (pic included). Staff so nice and ready to serve their visitors. Also appreciated the casino coupons! Wow!

We are retired and really can't afford $300 a night. We stayed there because my sister was sick and we didn't want to stay at the house. Better deals for us seniors would really help! Also the mushy foam topper on the mattress was uncomfortable and made my back sore. 🙁

It was ok. Too many children running up and down the hall. I understand sports teams need to stay somewhere, but need to be monitored more closely for the guests that are not part of the teams.

It was ok. The main issue was with a wake-up call. We woke up on our own. We ordered a wake-up call so we had time to drive back to Lansing, so our guest could make her flight. No wake-up call was given. Fortunately, when we got home, the wake-up call was on our home phone!!! Clearly, someone made an error.

The views were amazing! The fall colors were at peak, and it was beautiful to see off the balcony of our room! The staff was super friendly. Fresh cookies and water when you check in. The best part was the free limousine service the hotel offered! We went up to the area to celebrate my birthday so it was an awesome suprise!

The ceiling fan was very loud, probably off balance. It was great there was one in the room, especially since we sleep with a fan at home, but it would have been even better if we could have used it. It wasn't enough for us to ask for it to be fixed or anything. It was a nice to have, but it was definitely not necessary

They couldn't find our reservation from bookings.com. they had one room left. A suite and they were able to give us that room for our bookings.com rate. I'm not sure what happened to our reservation, but because I had confirmation info they too care of us.

It was clean and comfortable. Parking isn't that great in the winter when there is a lot of snow. I would stay there again.

Clean and well maintained. Courteous staff, great breakfast selection, a lot of spots to sit, the limo was a nice feature so we could go to dinner and not have to drive. Great rooms with great amenities.

The TV kept saying no signal with a blue box roaming to screen.

Location good, with nice terrace over looking green view to enjoy breakfast or evening drinks on. Nice indoor pool and spa. Staff friendly and gave us free laundry powder for washing. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available all the time in lobby.

Not in a location with a walk nearby. Complimentary apples looked nice but tasted horrid. Whole price pretty steep for a chain hotel.

The breakfast was great, fresh, healthy food options. Adequate space per customers and clean. Good location.

The parking was not the best, very limited with a few big trucks taking multiple parking spaces. The bathroom door stuck and after the room heated up because it was cold outside side, then the air conditioner was turning on instead of heat as requested. We did tell staff and she said she would have it looked it.

We were suprisingly given an upgrade to a penthouse. We have never seen anything like that. Beautiful and comfortable. The limo service was another added surprise and my husband and I had never rode in a limo. The whole overnight trip was outstanding. Employees were very nice and helpful. Enjoyed every bit of our stay.

I wish there was a better area for smokers. It's the only thing I can complain about. Being a smoker it's very inconvenient to have to smoke out in the parking lot. I wish there was a back deck area. Being a smoker I get it but we still want a view or at least a private area.

Modern rooms and beds were very comfortable

All the traveling baseball teams staying there also. Kids running up and down the hallways all times of the night; couldn’t enjoy the pool or hot tub because of kids being so crazy; we were on the fourth floor and we heard balls banging on the floor at 6 am above is. Ugh

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We got upgraded to a nice suite.

The thermostat control. I turned the temp down but during the night it turned back up and made it too warm.
