We were in the area on a bicycling vacation. Facility is immediately adjacent to the extensive bike trail and we had a spacious suite and easily kept our bikes inside, although many others were comfortable leaving their bikes on their car racks in the parking lot. Front desk staff (especially Tiffany) extremely attentive and accommodating and helpful. Standard morning hotel breakfast buffet met our needs very well. Quiet even though on the main highway into town, convenient to restaurants, shopping, activities. Looking forward to staying here again!

The staff was excellent - helpful and responsive. We were in town to visit my dad who is now in hospice. Having a comfortable place to stay with friendly staff made such a positive difference. My husband liked the breakfast waffle and meat options. We left behind a power cable for a laptop and it is being returned to us.

The breakfasts were okay for me. I would appreciate different types of fresh fruit (we stayed six nights and only green apples were offered). I would also prefer unsweetened oatmeal as an option.

Breakfast was good and as expected at a hotel in this price range. They had a decent selection of hot and cold items, coffee orange juice milk yogurt. Room is very clean and bright.

The only issue was the location of the hotel. It is on a highway which in the morning gets a little noisy. At night though the traffic is close to non-existent and is not too loud. The other item worth noting is that there is no elevator. If you request a room on the second floor be prepared to carry you're luggage up one flight though they do have someone help you if you need it.

The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We were happy that the hotel was really close to downtown. The hot tub and pool were very nice to come back to after walking around and shopping all day. We also had an awesome view of a beautiful sunset while we stayed.

The pool could have been a little bit warmer but otherwise everything was fantastic.

Clean and quiet hotel in a convenient location. Good sized parking lot. Excellent self-serve breakfast, plenty of protein. Coffee was tasty. Nice view of the bay (for half of the rooms anyway).

Nothing much within walking distance - only one restaurant within a mile. Only one ice maker in the building. No freezer section in the in-room fridge.

My aunt and I took a trip to explore the Little Traverse Wheelway and while the property didn’t have an elevator, the staff generously let us store our e-bikes in their office since we couldn’t move our room to the first floor.

The lack of an elevator was strange but it worked out. They offered various amounts of options for breakfast but seeing more healthy choices and/or gluten free dairy free options would be great.

The location and value of this hotel is always hard to beat when we stay in Petoskey. Lovely view of the water from our room. The pool and hot tub area nice and clean. Breakfast area was decent but not what we remembered in terms of the variety of food items available. Coffee bar at the front desk 24/7 is a nice touch.

We have stayed here a number of times and this time our room wasn't quite as clean as I would have liked. Carpets needed a better vacuum, found old food and candy. The bathtub is starting to look a bit worn/stained.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room had been updated a bit, and everything was comfortable. Appreciated the suggestions on the board at the entry.

There was quite a bit of mildew in the toilet, as well as some debris under the beds, so could be cleaned a bit. Also, it is strange that it didn't have an elevator. I guess I'm spoiled, but having to haul all my bags up the stairs was a bit of a pain.

We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed our stay. The staff is always kind and the facilities are always clean. The breakfast is your typical hotel continental breakfast, but there's usually enough for a decent meal, and the area is always clean.

Walls are kind of thin (I have yet to go to a hotel where they are not) but it wasn't an issue.

From the check in process to the checkout process it was a breeze. Jessica was the front desk lady that checked us in. She was nice and helped my wife and I check in. Our reason for being there was because we were misled by one of the 'historic' hotels in Petoskey (with their closet sized rooms) and were looking for alternate accommodations. She made sure she answered all the questions and and let us check the room out so that we would have a satisfying stay. She described all the amenities available and was very helpful. Our cleaning crew (we stayed for three nights) were good and like elves were in and out in our absence!! Our check out process was friendly and quick as well. Excellent breakfast arrangement and a lot of parking. Nice and clean facility. Great job !!
