Property was very clean. Our King room was comfortable. Side chairs and desk were great. Walk in shower was very nice. A/C was pretty quiet. Bed was comfortable overall although ours at home is firmer. The property is between Petoskey and Harbor Springs so it works nicely if you want to shop/dine in either community. Morning breakfast was nice. Good coffee. Not huge but enough selection to get your day started. Restaurants are a short drive away. Staff was helpful and they did give us a courtesy call to make sure we were comfortable.

Minor note. You're by the local airport so there is some noise from small planes, helicopters and corporate jets. It was pretty quiet by 9pm. Wifi was adequate. Our signal strength (room 143) 3/5 bars. For what little we do on our phones it didn't matter, however a business traveler might want a different room or need to work from the office area.

The variety of breakfast food was more than I expected. It included hot eggs with a meat, make your own waffles, yogurt, hot and cold cereal, toast, English muffins, bagels, assorted juices, fresh fruit, and of course coffee, tea and cocoa.

Nothing. The grounds were very well maintained and attractive. Flower pots, freshly cut grass and sparkling clean windows greeted you as you pull into the parking lot. The room was clean, smelled wonderful, and comfortable. The AC worked great and was not loud.

Breakfasts had real scrambled eggs, not frozen cheese omelette. Otherwise, standard. The fireplace suite was larger than expected. Fully stocked kitchen. 2 full baths. Nice

Breakfast hours could have been extended an hour until 11. There is a hallway outside the breakfast room with a table that has coffee and dry cereal etc .. this is also locked outside breakfast hours. Seems like that could have been left open for stragglers.

The Best Western was such a convenient location. The rooms were very nice, updated all around and a very quiet area. Close to Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Mackinac Island for summer tourism... Breakfast was great and the staff were always asking if everything was ok. Will stay there next time visiting the area. Great price, Great location, Great Staff!!!

There was nothing we didn't like.

The room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was included and pretty good for a free breakfast, waffles and eggs were great, and the pool and jakuzzi also a nice touch.

The gym could use some mats for the floor as it’s quite uncomfortable to lie on the floor. Some cream in the room for the coffee would also have been nice. Other than that really great stay:

The location was perfect, and my room was AMAZING! I was close to everything I needed while I was there and the front desk service was exceptional. I needed batteries for my Firestick remote and the front desk supplied those to me, which was fantastic. Everyone I spoke to was friendly as can be.

I can't eat grains, eggs, or dairy and that limited my options for breakfast to a banana and sausage. I would've liked some more options of vegetables and potatoes or something, but it was as good as most hotel continental breakfast bars. I like the make your own waffles, even though I can't have them.

I told the front desk there was no more eggs. The man said he would check. No one came and said it would be a while until they were ready. When I again asked by knocking on the door, the woman inside was snarky. On another note, the man at checkin was welcoming, friendly, went above and beyond in his hospitality.

The property was exceptionally well kept and the rooms were very comfortable. Loved the location which was central between (and very close to) Petoskey and Harbor Springs.

Each and every one of the staff members were very cordial, helpful, and caring!

The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Real eggs (not powdered), ham, bagels, muffins, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, waffles, cereal. Helpful, friendly staff. Area was kept very clean.

Sink was very slow to drain.

Friendly, kind, helpful and professional staff. It was very clean and quiet. The swimming pool is nice, bigger than I expected. Tasty hot breakfast.

Some suggestions: Swimming pool water could be a little warmer. Two chairs in the room would be better than one.
