The location was great for what we planned to do. Check in was swift, and check out was too. Staff was attentive. Staff sent for a maintenance person to resolve our television problem.

The bathroom light flashed a lot, and we had problems with the television. I personally hatred the exhaust fan running every time you turned on the bathroom light.

Place is great we have stayed here 2 years in a row and we love it good breakfast and staff is always great and friendly pool is so nice after going all day and just overall really nice and cozy place highly recommend

Excellent place to be on and off the snowmobile trails quickly. Plenty of good food within short snowmobile ride or vehicle. Staff was very helpful with questions and plenty of truck/trailer parking.

Pool and hot tub were not in service, but not why we needed accommodations.

We loved that Pellston was affordable, had a wonderful pool, and staff was very friendly and helpful. The snack corner was an awesome bonus since we checked in late and needed some food. Beds were cozy too!

Hot tub was under repairs and the vending machines were not working right and we had to be refunded a couple times. Breakfast could have been a little bigger but overall was not bad.

Location was good 15 miles to lake Michigan & the mackinaw bridge. Hotel has a nice pool w/hot tub. Good breakfast.

Some of the other guests were a bit noisy, kids and all. Not to excess. Can't do much about that.

We enjoyed the friendly staff, the pool area and hot tub were very clean and enjoyable. Liked having the lobby area to gather to play cards. The breakfast was fine too!

The fan in the bathroom comes on when you turn the light on and it was very noisy in our room.

That it is close to the Pellston Airport. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The TV could have been a little bigger and up higher. It was down on the console/dresser and you had to look down when you were sitting on the bed.

Close enough to Harbor Springs, Petoskey, and Charlevoix to have a nice scenic drive. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Beds were comfortable

No elevator

The staff was excellent and even though the internet was down they adapted and overcame. Very impresive

Needs a little better maintenance

Breakfast and coffee were good, the staff was very friendly and the ride to the airport was perfect!
