I liked the 3 beds in the room and the huge pool it went up to 8ft. The staff was wonderful and quick the check in and check out was easy and quick the water pressure was wonderful it was a big room plenty of lighting and it was close to down town but close to the high way downtown was only 4 minutes away close to the bridge too so you didnt have to go far to go across if you wanted had vending machine laundry room and ice machine under the stairs

I wish breakfast was a little longer it was 6am-9am and it didnt have a microwave. And they didnt have many towels in the pool area there was 6 of us but they had like 4 pool towels only and no restroom in the pool area so we had to keep taking the kids back to the room every time they had to go potty. The shower water would go hot to warm to colder back to hot it wouldn't stay consistent. The a/c didnt cool the whole room so one side was cold while the far side was warm/hot. Small parking lot not enough parking for the amount of vehicles there.

It was close to mackinaw city

The room smelled musty and the pool was freezing but this wouldn’t prevent me from booking again. There was someone smoking pot outside their door so we could smell it in our room. And there was a kid (owners kid or a workers kid) who was always there- went to get ice- he was there, went to get breakfast-he was there, went to swim- he was there (he was turning the lights on and off in the pool area and then screaming). This wouldn’t prevent probably be one of the reasons we wouldn’t book here again.

For a motel of it's age, it was well maintained and my room was extremely clean, nicely sized, and cozy. The linens were fresh and clean and the beds were SUPER comfortable!!! It was a great value especially including breakfast which was continental with extras. The coffee was wonderful. The location was close to everything we wanted to see and the staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.

Honestly the only thing I can say negative was the pool was freezing cold. It was a huge pool and very deep, the area around it was nice and sheltered from the rain which was nice because it was pouring the night we stayed. The water could've definitely been warmer but we swam anyway.

The room itself: very comfortable could have used a microwave to go with the refrigerator and small coffee pot. Love the heated bathroom it was nice added touch even though the bathroom was small.

When I booked the rooms I asked for two queen size beds in the room, and was given single bed rooms. Couldn't argue the point because after giving the key to the room on the bill computer generated single room instead of the two Beds. The vent in room 110 bathroom was very loud when used. One of the bed lamps didn't work. And the pool had a ton of sand in it. All it said was you were pet friendly. Didn't know there was an extra $30 charge per night. Found out when we checked in. Even though I said there were five five adults plus small dog in the comments. There was no where to add the dog other than in the comments.

I loved breakfast spot in the middle of the property. It was nice meeting new people in the middle of the property where it was easy to get to. The size of the pool was something I loved as well putting aside the non-cleanliness of it.

The state of the pool. The water was pretty brown and smelled of must. I am sure a lifeguard would also help the safety level increase just for precautions. The state of the bathrooms tile was pretty rough as well. The aesthetic of it was not so pleasant to the eyes.

Easy to get to beds were very comfy and staff was amazing had issues with the TV and the staff came right up to fix it both times. The jazzui tub was amazing also especially after being out and about on adventures along with the cofy bed. We will stay again hopefully soon.

Pool was very cold but we didn't use it but felt it. We were gone really only slept in our room that is why we didn't use the pool.

The breakfast room was very nice. The gentleman working was nice. Although it was a bit chilly in there because of Michigan's fall, and I imagine winter, season. The spa was great and the room was pretty spacious. The heating unit looked newer and heated our room up quickly once we got there. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

There were multiple locations of peeling wallpaper in our room. The indoor pool was closed for the season. There was no microwave in our room. The lights above the table flickered constantly when they were on.

The room was clean and spacious (we had two queen beds). Nice roomy pool but water was a bit cool. Hotel felt a bit dated but overall it was nice. Location to get to downtown was excellent.

No hand soap in the room (had to ask for some at the front desk), the door lock was finicky to open (it wouldn't work then it would), we showed up for breakfast in the last hour the place was opened and they had run out of things (e.g., milk, waffle batter), the lady at the front desk could have been a bit nicer. Not a fan of pet-friendly hotels when people allow their dogs to bark.

Its not part of the busy town so its a somewhat quiet area, way more quiet than the others in town (brigde an boat traffic)

Bathroom is very tiny, reminded me of an rv, had to straddle the toilet to close the door an it sticks, not enough outlets(suggest a bus bar for charging phones etc its an older motel so thats expected), theres no meat substance for breakfast all carbs

We wanted credit with our member number ,but I don't know my membership number....the front desk when I called said....nope we can't help you....if they would of simply had a can do instead of a can't attitude I would of left a tip for all...
