The staff at the front desk were great - very helpful and super friendly. This place is super cute. It's not a huge, grand hotel, but it is clean and has great views of the Mighty Mac. I love that their policy is to have guests ask for their room to be cleaned as needed rather than having to hang a sign on the door to let them know you don't want or need it.

The parking was a little challenging but definitely workable and would not prevent a future visit from us.

The location was the reason why I booked at the parkside inn bridge view and it was everything I hoped for and more! The staff was so wonderfully kind and helpful, the hotel room itself was small but cozy, and we loved our stay overall!

Having a microwave in the room would’ve been helpful with some of our restaurant leftovers. We couldn’t bring anything back from restaurants because we had no way to heat it up without walking across the parking lot to the main lobby.

Clean, no smell, great service! Beds were comfy. Andrew called for a shuttle for the ferry, there's a coffee pot, a refrigerator in the closet that you had to plug in and turn on. No breakfast no big deal, the price was decent. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The lake was across the street. There is a pool, but we had no time to go swimming in. I believe there was a pool table too.

The hot water took a few minutes, at first I thought they didn't have hot water lol, but they did! My son is a light sleeper he said the walls are thin, I myself can sleep through 5 alarm Clocks lol.

Hotel was dated but very clean and in working order. Bedding and towels were newer and very clean. Location was perfect! right across from the beach and close to the highway.

The soaps and body products in the room were unusable. Make sure you bring your own soap, it was like sand paper with no lather and the room did not have shampoo. Parking was challanging. We had to find alternative parking one night as the lot was totally full.

View. The ease of buying our tickets for the Mackinac Island ferry. We were able to buy them at a discounted price right at the hotel, and then the ferry service came right over and picked us up with a shuttle and brought us back on a shuttle, we didn’t have to pay extra parking for our vehicle anywhere else. It made everything so easier and painless.

In town for the Motorcycle rally. Looking for a place in town, but not around the main rally events. This hotel fit Bill perfectly. We had a second floor Parkview room. Beautiful view of The Park and Mackinac Bridge. Bonus, we got to keep an eye on the motorcycle.

If I had to come up with one negative, it would’ve been no microwave from the room. However, during our stay, we had no need for it. Does have a mini fridge, which was perfect for keeping our drinks cold for the weekend.

The location is great! We came in on motorcycles, and inn keeper gave us a ground level room, with parking right in front of our room, that way we could keep an eye on our bikes. Also, our room had a lake/bridge view, which was great! The room was very clean, tastefully updated, and comfortable.

No complimentary coffee in the lobby. The only coffee available was a single serving pod in our room. Not a big deal. There are good coffee shops in town.

Can't get any closer to the lake, fort or lighthouse and just a few minutes from the island ferries, bridge to the U.P., and downtown shopping. Clean but small rooms unless you get the Lakeside balcony suites which we did the 3rd night. Owner/managers are excellent at accommodating needs and wants. Highly recommend!

Some of the rooms are very small and hard to maneuver around in somewhat and need some decor updated. Others are more modern.

The hotel has an exceptional location and views (we had a balcony on the 2nd floor overlooking the Mighty Mac and the park/ lake across the street). The check-in was easy and service very friendly. We would definitely stay here again. The room was VERY clean. We have stayed in some 5 star hotels in our travels around the world, but the cleanliness of this hotel was surprising. I am so happy we booked this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable and the view of the bridge was awesome! The owner was very friendly and the stay was great!

The listing said that breakfast was provided but we were never made aware of this when we checked in and there wasn't any signage to show when or where it was served if they did.
