Clean, comfortable room and the staff were all very polite and friendly!

The alarm clock went off at 6 a.m. on my first morning there. I was travelling for pleasure, so I did not think about checking the clock to see if the alarm was set. I suggest that the cleaning staff make sure the alarms are off for the next guest. Also, I did not receive new paper coffee cups or regular coffee pods for the coffee maker in my room. This was especially disappointing because I did not care for the coffee in the main lobby (it was too strong).

Room was very clean and newly remodeled. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was good

The breakfast was good.The variety of the beverage 's.. The cinnamon rolls were a little too dry.The pork sausage was overdone too much. The eggs were good .You gavea good variety of breakfast food. You could eat as much as you wanted. The convince of having breakfast available in the morning was nice. You did not have to go find a place to eat breakfast. It saved the extra cost for that.Rv

The location was very convenient. It's close to downtown but it's also not on the strip with all the other hotels so it doesn't feel over crowded. Everything was super clean but didn't smell chemically. The water didn't make my skin super dry and the air wasn't super dry either which was nice. It looks like it was recently renovated.

It was right by the highway so you could hear the big trucks, etc but overall wasn't too bad.

We love Holiday inn properties as we always know what to expect. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. In particular we were impressed with the lovely lady that checked us in named Jessica. She was so friendly and helpful as to where we could dine as the town was pretty quiet. She was delightful especially as we were there there twice in one week. Great hotel, great location and great value.

Everything was great! Very spacious and comfortable room. Staff were all friendly, even the cleaning staff were super friendly! We would definitely book here again!

Wished that we would have had a table to play games at in the room. Room was noisy due to our room facing the expressway. Bad traffic noise Friday night, not so much on Saturday night. Next time will request a different room perhaps.

Parking, arrived while it was raining, no parking or covered temporary parking available close to check-in, all parking around the hotel was full, had to park in an overflow lot, which would not have been much of an issue had it not been raining, or had there been a covered area to check in and unload luggage. However that would not stop me from recommending this hotel to anyone unless they had physical mobility issues.

The hotel was very comfortable and relaxing.

We were placed in room 100, which is right by the lobby. At times it was loud and once people started coming for breakfast there was a lot of noise. Also at 430am someone called our room yelling at us about noise outside and he did not understand we were not the front desk. Other than that it was wonderful.

Everything!! The pool, sauna, and hot tub are open until 11 pm. The rooms were clean and roomy. Breakfast was available starting at 6:30 am. The breakfast was perfect with a lot of choices of food to eat. The staff was excellent and we will be staying here again. Excellent value.

Nothing! Great stay!

Clean, walking distance to the lighthouse, the Fort & view of the Mackinaw bridge. Breakfast ok. Close to Darrows restaurant where they serve local fish.

We did not know that military discount is not applicable if booked thru Booking.com. We were not called when room was ready.
