The staff were exceptional!! I needed to extend my stay by 3 days and they were super helpful in getting me back into the same room. Sandra even greeted me by name each morning when I popped into the office for the grab and go snack.

The facility is an older design and that does come with some challenges for the number of available outlets in the room. There were plenty, I just had to make a few adjustments to my routine to get everything charged. I plan to stay here again and will have added an extension cord to my work bag.

Room was very clean. Thank you Shawna :) pool was clean, beach access was simple and convenient, the view was really nice!

When I booked room it said breakfast included, I didn’t realize that meant a granola bar and coffee.

The location was good compared to rest of the city. Everything was easy to get to and in walking distance. Beach and the balcony were a nice feature. Discounts on breakfast and food offered with you key cards offsite. The staff was very nice on check-in and checking out.

When we arrived at our room it was hot and stuffy. Heat was turned on for a 80 degree summer day. Nothing was plugged in, so we had to find places to plug in lights. There was a mess of cords laying on top of the dresser next to the microwave area, which looked seemed out of place for a hotel. As having the balcony was a plus, it seemed to be neglected. Balcony could have used a powerwash and some new outdoor carpet as it was wearing thru in multiple places. There were many spiders and bugs crawling around. Even the bathroom window was full of spiders and bugs. It's not a good thing when you have kids or adults with fears.

The location was great, walking distance to beach, ferry, food, ect.

Room was not very clean, stains on walls, dust covering air unit, cob webs in corners, and furniture hadn't been moved and vacuumed behind in who knows how long. The breakfast that was included was literally a granola bar and coffee. Also we cut our stay short a day and was not given a prorated rate. 😔

The staff was friendly. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had a great view of the water and a nice beachfront area. There was a mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and hairdryer in the room.

The “free breakfast” was a granola bar and coffee/hot cocoa. The parking is horrendous! We had no space available by the time we got to the room both nights of our stay and even the over flow parking was full and flooded.

Nice big room with king bed. Nice hot shower with big tub. Close to all attractions. Best place to eat was "Darrows" restaurant.

Rug was very dirty. Our white socks turned black after walking in Room just 10 minutes. Should shampoo during off season. No breakfast offered unless you like nasty tasting oat bar. Even the outside of property should get a good power washing.

The wonderful woman who worked the front desk was amazing. And the location is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to the downtown Mackinaw City area and have full access to the huge beach and access to the beautiful lake.

The indoor pool area was not clean at all and the entire building the pool is in needs to be renovated or torn down and rebuilt. The pool area was the biggest downfall to our stay. Well below anyones standards of cleanliness and upkeep. Also, the parking lot is not even close to sufficient. We had to park across the street when we got back from walking up town because all the parking spots were full.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great. Requested a ground level room, and the request was granted

Our door stuck when opening it, and we had to shoulder our way into our room. Was disappointed that breakfast here was only coffee, tea, and granola bars. Also disappointed with no housekeeping unless we requested it.

The location was great… wish I would have asked for beachfront but I was close enough….

The floors in the room were super spongy feeling, I’m thinking cause the hotel is so close to the water … but they felt damp and spongy.
