The water park was a ton of fun! She upgraded us to a balcony room for free and we were able to see the lake from the balcony. She also allowed some of our guests from in town to join us in the water park for a few hours!

they did not have breakfast however we were able to go to the local restaurant and get a discount. We were aware it was offseason but did not know there would be no breakfast. The hot tub was hot, but had a weird green color to it. I could smell the chlorine so we knew it was safe. The water park hours were only 2-10 and that sucked. We would have liked to do the water park in the AM and come back the PM after lunch. Again, off season so understandable. One day the waterpark was inoperable for a few hours but they were quick to get it fixed so we could play! These weren't deal breakers but just little hiccups!

The lady at the front desk was amazing. We got the two bedroom suite and it was perfect. It had enough space for my family without us being crammed. The AC worked great. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. Even though there was a family with children running around above us it wasn't like a loud obnoxious thing, just an oh they have a kid. My kids loved the water park, I couldn't stay in it long just because it was too hot for me but the kids had a blast.

The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was how dirty the carpets were. We walked barefoot when inside and after an hour the bottom of our feet were black. They just need a good shampooing.

The lady that checked me in was amazing i believe she said her name was michelle she sounded Jamaican. The gentleman was nice as well when i went to get bracelets. Room was conveniently close to elevator and pool access. Room was clean as well

It had a moldy smell to it bad in certain areas, it may be because not open fully yet. I paid for an extra bracelet but seenseveral families there with no bracelets on there wrist.

The room was beautiful and very spacious. Plenty of drawer and cabinet space for those looking for a long stay. The fridge also had a freezer compartment and came with a microwave. The pillows were super soft and the bed was one of the more comfortable hotel beds I've slept on. I always dread hotels because the beds just aren't home but I didn't feel that way here. My son also loved the pull out bed on the couch and basically having his own room. The couch is in a separate room from the queen and king bed portion. Because breakfast isn't served anymore we got buy one get one free coupons that saved us $20 on breakfast. The water park was also amazing.

The room was very stuffy and humid when we got there. It took a bit for the room to cool down. The deadbolt would not lock. The placement where the deadbolt locks in was not done correctly. Outside the room there was trash laid in the hallways and bags of dirty linens at 11 pm at night. Not a big deal but it was still there the next morning around 10:30am. The site conditions in the hallway had pieces hanging off that were broken. Drywall by the hallway windows were also busted. There were parts of the hotel that looked to have been being worked on so I'm sure it's a work in progress. Definitely none of this would keep us from coming back.

The room (suite). But enjoyed the time with my family. Time. Staff was very pleasant.

The room had a few things dirty. The coffee pot was used and not cleaned out. Floor had salt on it. Did like having adult pool and hot tub was in same area and hearing kids screaming, also had to walk outside my room in the snow to go to the pool and hot tub.. I didn't like a lot of family restaurants were closed.

Booking . Com did not match what was available they said there was we booked then when arrived was not available luckily they accommodated but only because there was a room available with a broken Tv so we took that one. Third party booking companies need to communicate better with hotels

I loved the price for a suite, 3 beds to sleep my family. The water park passes were included. No funky smells in the room. Was able to hook up my game system to the tv and the kids could play games, luckily I could change the input channel on the side of the tv. Everything was pretty great!

I don’t really have complaints, it was great. I guess it was unclear if there is breakfast and where it’s located.

No breakfast on the property but that was ok because there were plenty of places to eat and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Parking lot was too small. Especially since it was close to The Cabins but we made due

The water park is small but awesome for the kids and you get free admission with your room.

We arrived late (8pm) and the water park closes at 10pm. We asked to use our water park admission the next day and they said no. It is totally fair that each reservation only get one day’s admission, but for late arrivals it should be allowed to use it either the day of check in or the day of check out.

The staff was very 😊.good..they are excellent and you should keep them as employees..rooms were clean.

There was a man from the cabins who was very mean and bothering your customers.
