Paid for breakfast was delicious. The portions were well sized at all of the meals. The room was clean and comfortable as well.

It was a bit confusing to understand what was included in the stay and what wasn't. Other guests, as well as information online, provided conflicting experiences regarding lift fares and the inclusion of breakfasts in stay fees. I think it would be helpful to have included amenities and the process to access them explained in a reception pamphlet when checking in. The other information gained at reception was excellent and the staff was very kind and engaging.

There are fun things to do with families, and the grounds are beautiful. It's great that it is surrounded by exceptional golf courses. We have stayed before in the Heather suites. It smells less musty than the first time. They are still out dated, especially the kitchen, but beds are comfortable. They gave plenty of towels, so you don't have to ask. The coffee shop is great.

The grounds, especially the Main Lodge, are not accessible. We had a stroller and had to break it down in order to get the back lawn. Otherwise, we would've had to walk around the entire building on the grass to get there. It would be really hard if someone had a wheel chair. The resort staff apologized but didn't have a solution. Our door wouldn't lock all the way at first. The safety latch was bent and the door was extremely hard to shut. We called security and they bent it back to close. There is virtually no lighting on the drive into the resort and in the parking lots. The resort seems safe in general, but there can be critters. Better lighting is a good idea.

The room design was gorgeous. We loved the bed, bathroom, and small touches throughout the room that made it feel like a nice getaway and not just a hotel room. We also loved that the outdoor pool and hot tub were still open even though it was the off season. So nice to take a dip in a heated pool.

Buffet only breakfast was a bit pricey for a family of five who don’t always eat breakfast. A menu with simpler items would have been much nicer for our family. We only ate bfast once.

The property/condo was very clean. Loved the planned activities. Fall was the perfect time to see the colors and enjoy the outdoors.

Some rooms are renovated some aren‘t, since we had two identical rooms we could see the difference for example in the bathroom.

The place is gorgeous. Wish we didn't have to walk so far. I requested from them a room close to where we park, our room was at the very end away from parkjng.
