The location is perfect for the area. The hotel has very nice staff, is clean and offers a rooftop area to enjoy the scenery with a cocktail and entertainment. They offer appetizers at a reasonable price.

The frame under the bed extends beyond the mattress and has a pointy corner that caught my shin. I did mention to management and he was already in the process of a remedy.

I was so impressed by this hotel. The size of the rooms were HUGE and nearly double the size of any other typical chain hotel. The rooms were very well cleaned. The bar/lounge area was nice and the free bookable outside igloo was AWESOME. The family loved the igloo and fire experience. The pool is small but well maintained and the fountains were fun for the kids. We also really enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi in the winter!

Parking options are extremely limited and tight driving space. We needed to park on the street during our stay. It would have been nice if the bar had more specialized cocktails or drink menu.

Our room was on the other side of the property on the second floor. The elevator was not in a good place to help us out!

Our pet dog Dolly accompanied us on this stay and the staff told us she was the first official pet to stay since they decided to go pet friendly and Dolly had the best time getting to know the staff and she was made to feel very welcome! Dolly gives them a 5 PAW RATING!!! We are definitely coming back to stay!

I loved the way the property had been renovated and modernized without losing the charm of Earl Young. I loved the location and ease with which we could get to areas of interest on foot.

While the rooftop bar was situated perfectly with views, etc, we didn't have attentive service at all up there. Loved the music, enjoyed the drinks, but the approach by staff seemed a bit haphazard.

Perfect location. Good lighting. Bed was SO COMFORTABLE! Great temp control and the bathroom was so clean and workable. Loved the 24/7 coffee machine access

Nothing was bad. Feel free to get rid of the blinking alarm light in the ceiling though

Location was awesome to walk to everywhere in town.

Seemed pricey and you have to pay extra for snacks.....you need to rethink that. Clients pay big money for these rooms. You should have complimentary beer, wine and snacks in the fridge. You don't need to supply a ton of drinks...a few for a few nights stay. Your bar was expensive as well. just sayin.

Hotel Earl was a wonderful surprise. Staff was exceptional. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with boiled eggs and oatmeal for those who didn’t want bread or pastries. Love the made to order coffee 24 hrs a day. Don’t mis the roof top bar.

Tried to get a receipt upon checkout, said they could not produce one. This included the charges to my card that should have been itemized, and show the refund I was getting for my $35 per day charge.

Clean, spacious, the balcony was very nice and the bathroom was as big as the room haha. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The lounge was great and the staff were excellent. Very much enjoyed the snack and water options.

The temperature control didn't really work. I tried setting my room to 68 and the room stayed at 75, so it was too warm for me. Parking was not the best but it was understandable for the space afforded. The table in the room was not functional haha.
