Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. We were very pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even better. After a long journey, it was a fantastic rest, even though we only spent one night there. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive to every detail. The room was amazing—spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view from every window. The beds were extremely cozy. For American standards, the breakfast was delicious. This was a fantastic stopover on our way to Mackinac Island.

Hotel seemed new or refreshed. Very clean, spacious rooms and good amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Kitchenette had a full sized frig/freezer. Laundry on site. Free shuttle available to various locations. Location made it easy to get to nearby activities. Nice view from rooms on backside of hotel. Bathroom scale, laundry basket, magnifying mirror in bathroom. Good lightning in room.

Breakfast was fab! Loved the pool, hot tub and sauna! Really great you offered limo service to casino and local restaurants/shopping! Had a balcony view of the valley (pic included). Staff so nice and ready to serve their visitors. Also appreciated the casino coupons! Wow!

We are retired and really can't afford $300 a night. We stayed there because my sister was sick and we didn't want to stay at the house. Better deals for us seniors would really help! Also the mushy foam topper on the mattress was uncomfortable and made my back sore. 🙁

It was ok. Too many children running up and down the hall. I understand sports teams need to stay somewhere, but need to be monitored more closely for the guests that are not part of the teams.

It was ok. The main issue was with a wake-up call. We woke up on our own. We ordered a wake-up call so we had time to drive back to Lansing, so our guest could make her flight. No wake-up call was given. Fortunately, when we got home, the wake-up call was on our home phone!!! Clearly, someone made an error.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good lots of choices. I have multiple food allergies and it was easy with the choices available to me such as hot homemade oatmeal and egg white omelet with cheese. They also served bacon and sausage and potatoes. Coffee was really good!

They couldn't find our reservation from bookings.com. they had one room left. A suite and they were able to give us that room for our bookings.com rate. I'm not sure what happened to our reservation, but because I had confirmation info they too care of us.

It was clean and comfortable. Parking isn't that great in the winter when there is a lot of snow. I would stay there again.

The views were amazing! The fall colors were at peak, and it was beautiful to see off the balcony of our room! The staff was super friendly. Fresh cookies and water when you check in. The best part was the free limousine service the hotel offered! We went up to the area to celebrate my birthday so it was an awesome suprise!

The ceiling fan was very loud, probably off balance. It was great there was one in the room, especially since we sleep with a fan at home, but it would have been even better if we could have used it. It wasn't enough for us to ask for it to be fixed or anything. It was a nice to have, but it was definitely not necessary

Very clean. Staff we encountered were helpful & great. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The balcony was a nice little extra. Breakfast was kept full & hot. Outside patio was great.

The dials on the sauna were worn, so we really had no idea how long the timer was set for, or how got we had it.

Staff so friendly! Location is ideal Love the limo option - so fun! The check in is easy and they always make us feel welcome-it's my favorite place to stay in my favorite city! We visit a lot! Breakfast always great! Water bottles are a nice addition!

Clean and well maintained. Courteous staff, great breakfast selection, a lot of spots to sit, the limo was a nice feature so we could go to dinner and not have to drive. Great rooms with great amenities.

The TV kept saying no signal with a blue box roaming to screen.
