Good location, excellent shower, nice open closet and extra hooks on the wall in the entry to the room, good water temps and pressure, flowers planted along entry driveway

All 4 pillows per bed were lumpy - bedding was rough quality, toilet paper falls apart, water spurts out of bathroom sink when someone in another room is using water, bathroom lighting needs extra light on the ceiling, back parking area is a bit scuzzy, breakfast a bit boring - same each day and quality of eggs and sausages varied from soft to hard.

Perfectly located in relation to all the sites we wanted to see. Close to the lake, 5 minutes from downtown, no more than 10-15 minutes to every type restaurant you could want.

It is a little dated and could use some new carpet, especially in halls and steps. It is on 2 floors, we assumed there would be an elevator, and there is, but it is tiny. Fortunately we didn’t have much luggage so we could fit into it.

The room was clean and nice. Jacuzzi large enough for two was nice. Bed was comfortable. The room was quiet-no footsteps from above or loud voices from the hallway or "neighbors". Breakfast offerings were eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, cereals, muffins, fruit, etc. It was good. The hotel is close to everything. Shopping, wine tasting, casino, tunnel of trees, beautiful area to visit.

Couple of small things. The door was very squeaky when opening-just needed a little oil. The toilet seat needed to be tightened up as it moved around a bit.

The property was very clean you could tell they just replaced the carpet and painted it smelled brand new. The staff was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I wish they had was a laundry service for wet clothes I think that would put them even higher in my opinion.

Room was very clean, they even wash the bedspreads! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

The dark drapes in our room did not close all the way, especially since we were on the ground floor. I brought it to the staff's attention and I hope they will respond accordingly. I did mention a nightlight in the bathroom because it is very dark. I didn't want to leave the bathroom light on because it looks like an expensive light bulb to change.

Hotel had a great location! The room rates were excellent. Lots of things to do nearby. Great free breakfast everyday! Un

Lots of room, affordable, great continental breakfast actually one of the best breakfasts I’ve actually seen in hotels. Accommodating as much as possible.

No elevator I’m a family of 6 and it was rough dragging all there stuff up and down. Pool and hot tub in poor condition water was really hard.

Nice clean rooms. Typically hotel continental breakfast. Nice sitting area outside. Comfortable king bed.

We were towing a 20’ pontoon boat and the parking lot is very small at this hotel. We had to back the boat in a parking space and push it sideways to keep it out of the parking lot driveway. Had to unhitch it and park the truck separately.

While my two night stay was as good as any other hotel stay that I’ve had, it was the Customer Service that made this one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. In the early evening of my second night, it became apparent that a blizzard forecast for the area was probably going to force me into staying an additional day or two if I did not get out of town as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I had rented skis and since the ski shop was closed until the next day, I was looking at the possibility of having to miss my window for a safe, drive home. Lucky for me, Grant was working behind the desk. He offered to drop off my skis the next morning, allowing me to get on the road at 2am and get home just ahead of the ice storm. Without his help, I would have been stuck there for at least an additional day or two. Thank you, Grant!!!

The staff was bright, friendly and welcoming. It was close to a lot of amenities I needed access to. Plenty of provisions to make the stay comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was perfection.

It looked like housekeeping had rushed the cleaning from previous guests. There were handprints on the bath room walls and none of the mirrors had been cleaned. The parking lot desperately needs resurfacing and I bottomed out my vehicle more than once just pulling in. My second night there, I went down to soak in the hot tub as I had the night before, but it was ice cold. No indication or signage saying it was under maintenance or shut down for any reason. Just dipped my foot in and was met with ice. Conveniently, there was no staff around to ask about it.
