Love the hotel! Beautiful! Love the bar area, coffee (Starbucks) and the rooms were beautiful and cozy! The facilities were immaculate. They had a fireplace outside with little cubicles with TV's for folks to gather at and enjoy. Loved the experience!

Location to downtown was good. Hotel was very nice with great amenities. Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Only had drinks in the bistro, no food so cannot comment on that.

Only “bad” thing was for half of our stay, the pool & hot tub were closed for maintenance but that is just the timing of our stay, we were notified in advance.

Liked the low key and relaxing atmosphere. Very nice people and friendly people that stay here!!!

I don’t like having to ask for daily housekeeping because if you don’t you get nothing. No trash removal. No clean towels. No nothing. You are on your own. I believe when I pay for a hotel I should a automatically get get these services. Learned from a previous stay that this isn’t the case. So be aware! ASK. Or you will be disappointed. No more using the excuse it’s “Covid”!

As you walked in the door you were immediately greeted by your staff. The area looked inviting and the outdoor area was delightful. Our room was facing the valley and was so pretty and peaceful looking out at the colorful leaves on the trees.

I liked everything.

This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel & again it was amazing. The staff is so accommodating. Our room is always comfortable & clean. We used the workout room on a rainy day & the back patio area is incredible to sit & read & talk by the fire. We will be back.

The area was great. Food was in walking distance and it was nice to be able to grab a drink and have it on the patio after dinner. The gym looked great however I didn't have time to use it. I will return for future work trips.

I would have like many more places to store my clothes and more hooks in the bathroom for swimsuit, clothes, robe and towels!!

This hotel is fantastic. So comfortable, rooms are very clean. Pool and hot tub was clean. The free breakfast included with the room was amazing, I loved the view outside in the back. Everything was just wonderful. When we visit that area again it will be courtyard !

However be careful when you book through third parties make sure they have your payment on file if not give them the booking info and card number used or they will try to charge you a deposit in the amount of the room. We got charged 375 extra dollars on top of the 360 already paid because the girl couldn’t tell I paid. Manager fixed the issue 2 days later but still that’s a lot of money.
