Great location and the staff are very helpful. They have free tooth paste and other toiletries if you forget anything. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. I also liked using the treadmill. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed.

Breakfast doesn't include very many choices. I hope you like biscuits and gravy. Pool and hot tub should open in the morning before 8am.

Staff is very nice and friendly! Rooms are clean. Pool and hot tub was really nice. I love staying here when we come up from Tennessee. It’s 5 mins from my sisters house. The location is great for us.

Breakfast was lacking. Waffle machine was down. Only had orange juice and white milk.

The location was great for what we planned to do. Check in was swift, and check out was too. Staff was attentive. Staff sent for a maintenance person to resolve our television problem.

The bathroom light flashed a lot, and we had problems with the television. I personally hatred the exhaust fan running every time you turned on the bathroom light.

Location to reason of trip was perfect.

The TV in our room did not work most of the time. It was like a previous visitor logged into an account and we could not get out of it. Breakfast was ok, but subpar.

Northern atmosphere

Needs to be up dated and possible an outside fire pit (small) and picnic tables and outdoor lighting for a mood set like your up north cause you are and that’s what I like to do is have a campfire and roast marshmallows and hot dogs :)

Place is great we have stayed here 2 years in a row and we love it good breakfast and staff is always great and friendly pool is so nice after going all day and just overall really nice and cozy place highly recommend

Super friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle to any place around the area like bars and restaurants.

Pellston is a very small town with not a lot of options.

The Staff were all very friendly and courteous. Very accomodating.

Coffee was good. Was not impressed with the sausage but the pancake was good.

Excellent place to be on and off the snowmobile trails quickly. Plenty of good food within short snowmobile ride or vehicle. Staff was very helpful with questions and plenty of truck/trailer parking.

Pool and hot tub were not in service, but not why we needed accommodations.

Staff was really friendly. Plenty of parking. Great location. Breakfast was good and they had a lot of options.

The mattresses were really uncomfortable.
