Breakfast was awesome!! Dinner was just ok for how pricy it was. Staff was helpful. Room was beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable Loved the view and walking along the paths

Partly stayed bc shuttle. But to many hoops to jump thru. Can’t ask the day ahead and then talk to this person and that person and can only go to certain place. Not really accessible or easy to use. Game room is a little anemic.

The place was amazing, definitely 5 stars. The night staff we had more encounters with and they where the best hands down. Johnathan and Julia was their names. They where amazing couldn't ask for better service and amazing people then them.

Some of the pricing was a bit much, but it is to be expected when you are going to a tourist place. I also didn't like that I didn't get a total on what I was expected to pay at the spa before my card was charged.

We greatly enjoyed our beautiful view and the lovely fireplace to stay cozy and warm. Our room was absolutely wonderful! ❤️ The chophouse provided a wonderful meal with great service and the front desk staff was welcoming and extremely accommodating of our every need. The lobby was inviting with the comfortable seating and fireplace as well as the stunning chandelier and water with orange slices.

We would have liked the hot tub to maybe be indoors but still have a lake view. We would have liked to know what shops were open and which were closed this time of year.

I like the view the room was beautiful the staff was friendly I wanted to spend my first wedding anniversary there but the rooms went from being $300 a night to $1,500 a night and that's a huge jump so unfortunately me and my husband will not be able to spend our first wedding anniversary there but it would have been nice

The fact that I was unable to make future reservations there instead of having to call direct number and being told that there was a $300 300% price increase in the room between the time I stayed and coming back in two and a half 3 months

From the staff to the food excellent. Being a lover of food and pampering this was perfect. Our server was friendly, patient, and informative.

The only down side is the fact we cannot live here full time. Highly recommend this location. It is the best experience we have shared ever.

Gorgeous property….loved the grounds and attention to detail. Accommodations were beautiful and very comfortable.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The whole property is exceptional, clean, updated, and well cared-for. The entire staff is friendly.

The bathroom is small.

Upon arrival there were a few issues with our room; however, the staff immediately catered to our concerns and assured we were satisfied with the outcome. They were friendly and welcoming our entire stay. I was impressed by their service.

There was food and coffee left in the kitchenette's refrigerator.

It was beautiful, the scenery, the staff was awesome great valet service all of it was wonderful.
