Good! Liked the juices, variety of coffee and creamer, eggs (very good), snacks, biscuits and butter, waffles and syrup and cleanliness of the whole dining room. Good quality soap and lotion. Pump dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Comfy bed with lots of pillows, good lighting, very nice showers. Friendly staff. Good location, nice towels and bed linens, good maid service. Will definitely come back here.

Was disappointed that the fluffy blankets were no longer in the rooms (I think they were red when we stayed in previous years). Missed the Loaded Potato Soup and ice cream. I would definitely say this is a great place to stay, but not necessarily "romantic". Also the space between the bed and the bureau was tight, a little hard to get around, hubby and I had to take turns going from one part of the room to another.

The price of the room at the time was amazing the view was amazing. The staff was exceptionally helpful.We will definitely be back.

We could not get the TV to work. And when we called down to the front desk, they kept telling us to do the same thing that we were doing, and it still wouldn't work, I heard from other things, people who have stayed there. They had the same issue.Maybe that is something you guys should address and make it a little easier.

The bed was AMAZING! Offering an open cafe' for extended hours was a big plus. We haven't encountered that in our travels before.

The parking spaces seemed narrow. Each time we parked, we were so close to the next car that we had to wiggle out of our own car. Although the rooms were in great shape, there was a bug crawling on the front of the microwave. I took a picture of it before I killed it. I thought I knew what it was, but looked it up on my phone. It was a perfect image of an American Cockroach. It made us uncomfortable, and although we kept our eyes open, we didn't see any more.

The staff was incredibly friendly and cheerful. I needed my room key replaced, and they did it without hesitation. I was surprised that in the room were two queen size adjustable beds. For health reasons I sleep. I’m one at home so this made it all the more comfortable for me. The room I stayed in even had covered parking. I think it is probably the best value hotel that I have stayed in ever. I definitely will be staying there again.

How friendly, nice, and informative the staff was. How clean and nicely decorated the rooms were. The nice, large bathroom, the bed was SUPER comfy! Plenty of outlets - lucky for me since I depend on a heating pad plus an outlet to charge my cell phone! The filled pumps in the shower of bodywash, shampoo and conditioner very handy. And the removable shower head was great and hardly had to wait for hot water even immediately after my hubby showered. The cafe was fabulous. Everything in the cafe I tried was very good and kept fresh and stocked. They had so much variety! Ice creams on a stick, in a cup and popsicles chocolate muffins (tasted like a slice of delicious chocolate cake)! Especially wonderful was the loaded potato soup! Was VERY impressed they had yummy flavored creamers for the many different coffees they had. Lots of choices of juices. Delicious waffles, eggs and sausage. The biscuits were excellent and also loved the plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Appreciated the yogurt and fruit too! Everything we ate was excellent! Hated to leave!! If we come back this way again, will definitely stay here!!!

The bed remote for moving head and feet up and down stopped working. Worked 1st night and was great.

Beautiful view, food was outstanding! Later ability to have chili dogs, ice cream, snacks...yeah that was a beautiful surprise. Breakfast was amazing with eggs, waffles, sausages, and a roller grill?! Seriously, never seen that before! The 2 young fellas checking ua in were super friendly, helpful and such great vibes!

No coffee machine in room and light switch by a bed would be very nice but, was ok.

Bed was comfortable but we never knew that it was an adjustable bed or massage capability until the day we left so we never used those features but would've loved to have done so. That should be more well known!!!!! The breakfast was good, and it's a nice feature to offer food throughout the day (never experienced that before at any hotel). The room was nice, although there were black hairs in the sink and the bathtub, like stuck to the side from cleaning maybe? Did not appreciate seeing that. Elevators would've been nice to lug stuff to the 2nd floor. View of the Bay was fantastic!

Put signs on the bed to tell customers about the Bed features and how to use them. During breakfast, put out Pam spray for the waffle maker... there was none available to us and the waffle stuck terribly to the hot griddle. Empty the trash recepticles more often - they were overflowing and spilling on the floor both mornings we were in there.

Could of had more variety at breakfast, like fruit,etc. The young lady who had the morning shift was great. Always smiling and keeping things stocked and clean. Always made us welcome.

Breakfast and at lunch more snack items

It's close to downtown. We can see the lake from the lodge. I am partly handicapped and it was easy getting into the room. The bed. We stay there because of the bed.

The shower head. I wish it was detachable. Being able to bring food from the office to the room. We can have popcorn and cookies! I can't think of anything else.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and cozy. They have a cafeteria open 6 am to 6 pm with ice cream breakfast lunch dinner. All free to paying guests.

The only problem I had was the bathroom door was hard to open and shut. But compared to everything else you got. This was a very small issue
