I stayed here for 11 days with my family and dog. The staff were always friendly and helpful. They often asked if there was anything we needed. The breakfast they provided was very good, and the woman that took care of the breakfast area did a great job repunishing the food and keeping the area clean as the hotel guests came through and ate. This is the best motel I have stayed at. It was clean, well maintained, and a very friendly and welcoming staff.

The parking spaces were a little tight, and there were many nights that the motel was quite full, so the parking lot was also quite full, but there were always enough spaces for all the cars.

New accommodation with very spacious rooms with all amenities. The staff is doing a great job to make you feel comfortable. We went for a ski vacation to Boyne Mountain resort and it was a very good location about 25 min away. The outside hot tub was amazing after the day on the slopes. Breakfast was plentiful even if you arrived after 9.30.

Great location. Was in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Had kitchenette so you could fix your own food. Great breakfast bar.

Refrigerator did not keep food cold after a couple days of use.

Great central location.

Breakfast was poor for overseas visitors, who are used to fresh fruit salad - even just a rock melon cut up, or tinned peaches. Some bacon with the eggs would be nice.

I was disappointed that other guests did not pick up after their pets. It is so hard to find a facility as nice as Mainstay when traveling with a pet; so disrespectful 😕

I lost my phone in my room and they wrote me the next day that they found it. Very happy about that great service. Our stay there was really good and the hotel is close to the street, where all bars are at.

Everything was great! Room was nice and comfortable common areas were all clean, pool and hot tub area were very nice too. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from.

off the beaten path. far from the madding crowd at the hub of the Walmart side of the expressway. priced high enough that the hotel doesn’t appear to have long term tenants living there on state or federal vouchers. yet.

smallish parking lot. semi trucks to the back idled all night and occasionally kicked it up a notch, i assume to refrigerate their shipments. hotel is newer but bed was too soft and the mattress sloped to one side from repeated guest’s favoring. made for a shallow sleep. my room had food crumbs on the carpeted floor.

Everything was clean and fresh. Plus, every member of the staff was outstanding and friendly. I noticed that everyone seemed to do all jobs, from working the front desk to doing housekeeping. A real team effort.

Room was large enough for three adults. Nightlight. Bed was comfortable. Full size refrigerator.

Shower was a little challenging to operate. Proximity to highway; room faced highway (noise).
