The All Seasons Resort was fantastic! Very clean and quiet. Our room had a recent renovation with a queen and a king bed. That was more than what we were expecting and a pleasent suprise. The other thing we were excited about was the hotel had a quiet time policy that started at 9pm. The pool area was also restricted to adults only from 9pm to 11pm. Which was nice to be able to enjoy the pool and hot tub with out kids screaming.

The only down side that I found to the hotel was that the beds were kinda hard.

The staff was very pleasant, the foyer was comfortable and inviting. Plenty of parking in a lighted lot. The breakfast was very good and the pleasant staff was there to refill if needed.

My room was clean and neat but the bathroom was not cleaned. The commode was dirty and the floor was full of long black hair. I cleaned what I could off the floor but the hair was sticky.

Loved the overall cleanliness of the property, location, and variety at breakfast. The staff was fantastic!!

Only thing I would request is some more comfortable mattresses. We stayed in room 204 and the mattresses were rather hard, spring mattresses. It wasn’t terrible but for sure would’ve been better if there was a pillow topper or something.

My overnight stay with my sister was pleasant and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive.

If it's in Up North, Michigan, it's already a good location. I wish the hotel wasn't right on the highway, but that's not a complaint, just an observation.

Very clean room, quiet hallways, pleasant atmosphere. We did not use the pool. All-in-all a decent place to stay for a night.

Drain in the sink was without a cover and worked slow. Drain in the tub was also uncovered, which made me wonder if it too had plumbing problems.

The convenience of the location and the beds were actually pretty comfortable.

The room was not super clean, the bedding seemed very clean. The room definitely needed to be vacuumed. There was somebody else's q-tips in the room. Bathroom was not very clean at all.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, lots of choices! Nice clean room.

There was a lot of road noise, and I couldn't stay in the pool area very long, it hurt my eyes a bit. The temps on the hot tub and pool were very nice, though.

The straight back chairs are not comfortable for watching TV. The carpet is dirty and is as old as the building date. I know coffee is getting expensive. Out of reach. How about smaller cups and stronger coffee?

Beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean, bathroom is large with a deep soaking tub shower and hot breakfast, and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Prices are far more reasonable than nearby Traverse City and you get more for your money.

Pool was closed for renovations but it was stated with dates on booking.com unlike most places that don’t tell you if there is an issue until you get there. Didn’t care about the pool on this trip with my wife but when traveling with the grandkids I want to know what I am paying for.
