Very clean room, quiet hallways, pleasant atmosphere. We did not use the pool. All-in-all a decent place to stay for a night.

Drain in the sink was without a cover and worked slow. Drain in the tub was also uncovered, which made me wonder if it too had plumbing problems.

The convenience of the location and the beds were actually pretty comfortable.

The room was not super clean, the bedding seemed very clean. The room definitely needed to be vacuumed. There was somebody else's q-tips in the room. Bathroom was not very clean at all.

The straight back chairs are not comfortable for watching TV. The carpet is dirty and is as old as the building date. I know coffee is getting expensive. Out of reach. How about smaller cups and stronger coffee?

Great breakfast. Nice person at check in. Good size room and everything was great.

Pool was closed for renovations but it was stated with dates on booking.com unlike most places that don’t tell you if there is an issue until you get there. Didn’t care about the pool on this trip with my wife but when traveling with the grandkids I want to know what I am paying for.

Beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean, bathroom is large with a deep soaking tub shower and hot breakfast, and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Prices are far more reasonable than nearby Traverse City and you get more for your money.

The staff were very kind and friendly . The place was clean and all the amenities were available and operating. The breakfast was a smorgasbord with a big variety of delicious hot and cold choices. Eggs cheese biscuits and gravy sausage yogurt fresh fruit cereal juice ... The pool was clean and well stocked with towels Coffee is always on Definitely will recommend . This place is awesome.

The hotel was very clean and attractive. The decor suited the area. It was very clean. Comfortable. Staff really nice and helpful. Breakfast was just as advertised online. Delicious. I would definitely stay here again

From the room cleanliness to the friendly service and included breakfast, this was an exceptional stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The only thing I didn't like was that my stay was short! This is a wonderful hotel, and well worth a stop.

Breakfast was FANTASTIC! Rooms were spacious and very clean! Beds were nice, but mattress was very hard. Overall this hotel was great, would recommend it to people. We will be staying here again if we are up in this area again!

New Mattresses, or a pillow top would be nice.

Beautiful pool and hot tub. Loved the shower by the pool to rinse off. Nice breakfast. Very nice staff
