We love the walkout and private beach. Fairly convenient as it is a short drive to the downtown area. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is well maintained. The free breakfast boxes delivered to your door, are a convenient and great way to start the day without having to rush out for breakfast.

With other places we've stayed, when we've traveled, they came in daily to replace towels, grab trash......Here we stayed for multiple days, had to ask for new towels and we bagged garbage that stayed piled in the room until check out. I know that this is on a beach and there is bound to be sand that comes in, no matter how hard you try, but there should be something in the rooms for occupants to sweep the floor or it should be done by someone else if that's not an option. There was sand on the floor when we first checked in. I ended up showering and putting my shoes on to walk around and leave at the side of the bed as not to get sand in the bed.

This hotel has an amazing location with a porch right on the beach. The rooms we had were very large and had a balcony right out towards the beach. We enjoyed watching the lake activity at day and the stars at night. There was great live music on the back porch during weekend, which stopped before 11pm so didn't disturb our sleep. All the employees were so friendly.

Because we were there before the summer season, they had a clever system of providing a few packable breakfast choices which we found on our door in the morning. Not a bad breakfast at all, but different then we expected.

The location was great, the no smoking in or on the premises was very pleasant, the lounge chairs on the beach, fire pit, picnic tables, complimentary towels for the beach and cleanliness was very nice. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The ability to store luggage when the flights do not coincide with check in and check out. There wasn't a coffee table so there isn't anywhere to set food down to eat when sitting on the couch to watch TV. It was an awkward empty space and I had to pull the chair over from the desk to use it.

Our family had two rooms, non view on the fourth floor and walkout on the first floor. The room on the upper floor was really spacious, modern, bright, and warm. The room on the first floor had an astonishing view and a direct access to the beach. I believe, the room with a balcony would be spotless.

The room on the first floor was a bit chilly and damp, as it was always in shade. As the outdoor temperature was higher, we slept with opened terrace door for warmth and fresher air. Beds seemed too soft, but it is the matter of taste.

We have stayed here a couple of times - once in a double king with a bay view and once in a single king with a parking lot view. Both views were our choice. Both rooms were very comfortable, We stayed in the winter and the prices were phenomenal -- less than $80.00 total per night for spacious, comfortable rooms. The bay view 'can't be beat' even in the winter. We were there during a snow storm and enjoyed watching ice balls forming in the waves on the bay. Even though we had a balcony, the room stayed toasty warm - no drafts. The single king room was huge -- it even had a large seating area with two comfortable chairs and a very large ottoman. The rooms were clean -- the entire resort is clean, and the bedding is very nice. I travel with my own pillow, but my husband said his were great. Each unit comes with microwave, mini-coffeemaker, refrigerator and a large tv. In the resort, there is a large work-out room and a small kitchen area with complimentary coffee, tea, and cocoa, plus ice cream for sale. They serve a mini-breakfast-in-a-box to your room. For a quick start to the day, it was plenty. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A relevant fact for the summer, is that the resort is right on the bay with its own beach area.

No issues. We are totally satisfied with everything.

I've never had a staff so communicative. They texted when we got into the room and continually monitored us to make sure our stay was satisfactory

The A/C unit did not cool the room during the night efficiently. In the morning they texted us to see how our night was and I told them it was too warm. They said they would get it adjusted and it was actually worse the second night. We had to sleep with the patio door open to be cool enough to stay asleep without sweating.

The staff was very friendly, the location was great. There was everything you could need right at the hotel. Awesome room, bathroom and the views were great. We loved staying here for the most part.

The breakfast options are not good. That was disappointing. They need to spread guests out more through out the facility. We had people above us that stomped around constantly and work us up quite frequently. There was also a constant beeping that sounded like it was right outside our room that was going off Throughout the night that was very irritating. It sounded as if someone was unlocking their door every few seconds. Also the hallways and elevators smelled of marijuana quite often which isn't pleasant.

Such a clean place and nice room! The view was outstanding on the bay side. The staff was very friendly. I also loved the idea of the continental breakfast being delivered to the room. It was small, but just enough to tide you over. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash pumps were such a great idea! We will definitely be back!

Although I loved the idea of the continental breakfast, I would have loved some other choices With less sugar… Maybe a bagel, breakfast bowl, etc.

I loved how clean and nice the property was. When you’re driving down the road, this resort was in my opinion the nicest looking one. The staff checks in via text which I appreciate and check out was through text messaging which was really nice as I left super early.

The only con which is why I’m giving it a 9/10 is there was no safe in the room. I’ve never stayed at a resort or hotel before that didn’t have one in the room. Traveling solo it was a little frustrating to lug all my valuables down to the beach because I didn’t want to leave it in the room laying around.

Super clean!!! We loved the resort and staff! Super private beach with things to do close by. I left my special orthopedic pillow and they are going to ship it to me, which is absolutely wonderful. We loved the text feature, anytime we had a question you could text them and they responded very promptly. We also did yoga on the beach it was soooo nice and relaxing. Love that they offer things to do on the resort. Would recommend to family and friends!
