Rooms were large and a nice patio for Happy Hour.

They would not allow bikes in the rooms and didn’t have a secure place to keep bikes. Staff said their parking lot was safe. Maybe the hotel (staff) doesn’t know how much u have invested in bikes. We have ebikes. There was (1) place to charge your bike outside. You had to sit with your bike while charging ☹️We cannot remove our batteries. So charging them in our room was not possible.They’re more plugs on light poles but had to wait until it was dark for them to b hot and stay with you bike. The desk was very friendly until we asked about our bikes. Not a good hotel for bikers with e-bikes.

My recent stay in Traverse City was delightful. The hotel provided a calm and comfortable environment with well-organized accommodations. The rooms were clean and maintained perfectly. What really impressed me was the consistently friendly staff who always greeted guests with a smile, regardless of how their day was going. The efficient service and pleasant atmosphere made the whole experience enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Traverse City. 👍

The place seems to be an older building but has been well kept and modernized. The room was clean, and the place has great amenities for the price. The free breakfast is a plus. What little interaction with the staff was pleasant.

The location has a wonderful view of its own parking and other surrounding buildings.

This was a great hotel, especially for the price! It’s an older hotel but they do a phenomenal job at keeping it looking updated , cozy , & clean. Coffee & teas & fresh fruit available all day. Culligan water available to refill water bottles. Their breakfast was a standard complimentary hotel breakfast that you would expect. Waffles, cereal, sausage, eggs , yogurts , and the other basics. Very clean and spacious dinning area. We went for my son’s birthday , just for the night pizza and swimming. We took a large group of rowdy teenagers and I was so relieved how relaxed the staff was and never bothered by the craziness that I was trying to tame. With a Large pool and a HUGE hot tub. It was perfect. Over all we had an excellent stays and will be coming to this hidden gem for now on for our swimming & pizza stays! Thanks!

Location. Relatively new. Good breakfast

During breakfast Buffett 2 of the housekeeping or kitchen staff had an altercation (shouting, accusing, not physical I don’t believe). Went on about 5 minutes. Manager had been summoned but she was a petite female. Everything calmed down but many guests left the dining and common area. Police were summoned. Saw 1 of them sitting down with the staff members and manager. Not sure how it ended but this day and age you don’t know if someone is going to pull out an AR. 😕

This was such a great find! Clean, comfortable and great value for the cost of stay. Beds were comfy. Excellent selection for breakfast which is included with the stay. Cute sitting area in front lobby with fire place. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Pool area can't be beat - biggest we have ever seen which was a hit with the kids while also very clean and well maintained.

The only thing was the size of the washroom in the room. It was tight/small. However room size itself was good and it was definitely not a deal breaker with all the other great features.

On the main strip, this hotel is large and near all the "tourist" venues. Our room was large enough and very easy to access. This is a no-frills venue in the heart (and traffic) of the area.

The hotel is the bare minimum basics at the price of a mid-luxury venue. If you can afford their rates, better to choose an alternative because they are bare-bones.

One member of our party had to change rooms - King to double queen. Fortunately there was one available and it was an easy switch. Thank you!

It was all good for our guests from Connecticut who had never been to Michigan! The only reason I rated this a 9 was because this is not a fancy hotel. Just your basic, clean, all-you-need hotel for a quick getaway to TC!

I was very comfortable, the hotel was very clean, and I loved the design of the property The pool was magnificent The breakfast buffet was wonderful, lots of varieties I love that From desk very resourceful and warm overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The housekeepers need to be more welcoming its like they weren't enjoying what they were doing even though they did it well, but they could smile more, which makes a big difference.

food was good, staff very accommodating as this was a family get together

had to ask to have our room cleaned, had to ask for clean towels, got charged at the end of our stay for ? We never got a straight answer the two times the hotel was contacted but finally got a call back and the charges were reversed on our credit card bill
