This was a great hotel, especially for the price! It’s an older hotel but they do a phenomenal job at keeping it looking updated , cozy , & clean. Coffee & teas & fresh fruit available all day. Culligan water available to refill water bottles. Their breakfast was a standard complimentary hotel breakfast that you would expect. Waffles, cereal, sausage, eggs , yogurts , and the other basics. Very clean and spacious dinning area. We went for my son’s birthday , just for the night pizza and swimming. We took a large group of rowdy teenagers and I was so relieved how relaxed the staff was and never bothered by the craziness that I was trying to tame. With a Large pool and a HUGE hot tub. It was perfect. Over all we had an excellent stays and will be coming to this hidden gem for now on for our swimming & pizza stays! Thanks!

The place seems to be an older building but has been well kept and modernized. The room was clean, and the place has great amenities for the price. The free breakfast is a plus. What little interaction with the staff was pleasant.

The location has a wonderful view of its own parking and other surrounding buildings.

During breakfast Buffett 2 of the housekeeping or kitchen staff had an altercation (shouting, accusing, not physical I don’t believe). Went on about 5 minutes. Manager had been summoned but she was a petite female. Everything calmed down but many guests left the dining and common area. Police were summoned. Saw 1 of them sitting down with the staff members and manager. Not sure how it ended but this day and age you don’t know if someone is going to pull out an AR. 😕

This was such a great find! Clean, comfortable and great value for the cost of stay. Beds were comfy. Excellent selection for breakfast which is included with the stay. Cute sitting area in front lobby with fire place. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Pool area can't be beat - biggest we have ever seen which was a hit with the kids while also very clean and well maintained.

The only thing was the size of the washroom in the room. It was tight/small. However room size itself was good and it was definitely not a deal breaker with all the other great features.

I was very comfortable, the hotel was very clean, and I loved the design of the property The pool was magnificent The breakfast buffet was wonderful, lots of varieties I love that From desk very resourceful and warm overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The housekeepers need to be more welcoming its like they weren't enjoying what they were doing even though they did it well, but they could smile more, which makes a big difference.

had to ask to have our room cleaned, had to ask for clean towels, got charged at the end of our stay for ? We never got a straight answer the two times the hotel was contacted but finally got a call back and the charges were reversed on our credit card bill

Breakfast and the tables with umbrellas in the court yard. Plenty of tables and food. Breakfast was very good.

I don't like that they don't restock your room if you are staying for more than one day. I like the trash emptied, the coffee stocked. I don't like that the towels keep piling up while we are there.

The staff was so friendly! I really appreciated that. The breakfast was great every morning. Even though they only housekeep every 3 days it was fine. I ran into a staff member cleaning and asked for more towels and they were very accommodating and gave us extra of everything. Would stay here again next time coming to TC.

The beds weren’t the most comfortable beds but they were good enough for us.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had surgery the next day so it was very nice to be able to check in early. The check in process was pretty fast and the breakfast bar had alot of choices.. The rooms were pretty clean this coming from a former housekeeper. we just had a child and she was alittle fussy and the staff wasn't upset or rude but understanding..I definitely will be staying here again!!

The staff was all so nice!! We came all the way from South Carolina, they let us check in early and answered any questions we had with no problem. One of the ladies asked me how my dad was after I mentioned that we were there to pick him up from prison. She asked me 2 days later!! I know they deal with a lot of people but they really remember the people who are staying and engage in conversation.
