The staff was exceptional! Kind, cheerful, helpful. Sheila checked us in. We asked about an airport shuttle and she immediately booked one for us and set up a wake up call. We left at 5am and Sheila asked Shelby (?) the night clerk (who was also wonderful! Hardworking, efficient, cheerful) to set out breakfast a little early so that we had something to eat before we left. The pillows were comfortable, as were the beds. There were ample towels for the 4 of us and they were soft. The room was clean. Breakfast was great and they had cookies on check in.

Fun room layout with the staircase and loft. Kids loved having their own space upstairs. Convenient location. Free breakfast with variety of basic options. Deep indoor pool was good for big kids and had toys available.

Placement of fridge and microwave under the stairs made it hard to access. Banged my head on the stairs once. Location of AC unit made the room stuffy/stale at times, especially the loft.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. They provided ideas for places to see in the area and the breakfast crew was always keeping things fully supplied and in good shape. The location was very good. The room was very nice and had everything we needed.

The sink in the room was very small, making it impossible for two people to use at the same time. It was difficult to access the refrigerator because it was very close to the bed.

The breakfast was outstanding & delicious with lots of variety. Everything was convenient & very clean! The location was excellent & very quiet. The staff were exceptional! Very friendly & helpful! Always smiling & loved the cookies! Loved the walk-in shower too!

The bed was way too high. I’m tall & had difficulty sitting on the edge & was uncomfortable to sit on. Needed an extra chair in the room because of that.

The breakfast had multiple options, especially gluten-free options. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. We only had the means to rent a car for 1 day so the shuttle to downtown Traverse was a great surprise.

The location is great for a quick in and out to Traverse City and easy to continue north towards Suttons Bay and beyond. The breakfast options included several gluten free items, which you typically do not see in other hotels. That was a great surprise! Staff were friendly and sweet to my puppy, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Traverse City with my partner for a sports tournament, and we had a comfortable experience. The hotel offers free parking and the check-in and check-out process was nice and efficient. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the room was clean, which made our stay very pleasant.

Unfortunately, the bathroom was quite small, and the pool was overrun with kids during our stay, which made it challenging to enjoy as adults. The breakfast was mediocre, and all the disposable plates, cups, and utensils were made of single-use plastic and styrofoam, which was very disappointing. It would be great if the hotel could make some improvements in terms of sustainability and providing more eco-friendly options for breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent! The staff were very friendly & helpful! They were especially kind & accommodating! Loved the walk-in shower too!

The bed was comfortable, but too high from the floor. Difficult to sit on the side of it & im tall & could hardly put on my shoes without losing my balance! The platform it’s on Needs to be lowered about 6 inches!

The hotel staff is really nice and helpful, the hotel is very well kept and the rooms were perfectly clean, good coffee at breakfast. Confortable and practical rooms. Excellent value overall and pets are welcome!

Hard to find something to complain about. If anything the mattress could have been better but still wasn't bad and still slept well.

Very clean, quiet & convenient. EVERY employee was friendly & helpful from housekeeping to front desk! We appreciated the full breakfast! It was very important to us to be able to bring our little dog. Highly recommend this location!
