Breakfast was better than similar hotel breakfasts because of the pancake machine. Coffee and Tea available in the lobby 24 hours a day was a nice touch as was the water bottle refilling station. I used the workout room once which was better than average and available 24/7. The location is about 10-15 minutes away from downtown which was close enough for us. The rooms are very clean and modern, but they feel more like a dorm room because there are no closets or drawers. The bathroom and shower were very nice. The bed was more comfortable than most hotel rooms. The virtual key system worked excellent. Their are several nearby restaurants and stores and a Mcdonalds in the parking lot. They allowed our pup and she was comfortable. Would stay her again.

Property was clean, sleek , and had the amenities that we were looking for. The way it is set up so that people can socialize who are strangers was also a plus. The breakfast set up in the morning was second to none. The way the hotel saves on environmental extras means the world to my family. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash set up was amazing. No need for little bottles to waste!!! The gym workout room had all the necessary items for a morning routine.

The property needs to have better signs from the road. It sits so far back, had to turn around twice to find the entrance. A large clearly lit signage would help patrons find the entrance.

I liked the newness and cleanliness of the property. I also like the information board at the elevators that tells things like when breakfast hours are and where to find ice. I liked the shower. I like the look of the hotel. Most importantly, I like the staff member who understood that I wanted a very quiet room and picked a good room for us.

I didn’t like the liquid soaps and lotion set up. Too messy. Bring back the little bar of soap. Also the tv selections were crummy. It was hard to find some show I wanted to watch without having to pay for it. It did get too hot at night even though I was told it was climately adjusted. I think the system quits at about 2 a.m. and it doesn’t adjust well.

Cozy feel and plenty of comfortable seating. The game tables are a nice touch. The breakfast selection was more than adequate and we enjoyed the always-available coffee and tea options. We also enjoyed the option to buy other food and drink outside of breakfast time.

A hot tub or pool, but we knew there wasn't one upon reserving the room so not a huge deal. This hotel is wonderful without an added hot tub/pool option. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Location was close to event I was attending. Also it's located in the retail corridor and not very far from the downtown/bay area. It's a newer hotel and very clean, from reception to the room. The rooms have great darkening curtains too!

Breakfast could have offered a few more food options, and was closed before stated end time. This particular hotel doesn't have a pool/hot tub either, which would have been nice to have.

Amazing new hotel with great and clean rooms! Entire place was spotless and well set up, and had the feel of a college apartment with all of the amenities in the main lobby! Lounge area, fussball table, and a modern looking fitness center. The hotel was at the base of a hill with tall trees, which made for a great view from the room! Very close to downtown Traverse City as well and cheaper than other hotels in the heart of town. This is one of the very few hotels that exceeded my overall expectations.

Only complaint is that they ran out of eggs at breakfast and never replenished them.

The rooms have planking for flooring which felt cleaner than carpet. The bathroom was very clean, the shower was large, had great water pressure.

The trash cans did not have can liners. They were divided in half for garbage and half for recycling. I felt bad dropping my garbage into a can that didn’t have a trash liner. Felt this could get gross quickly after a few guests, etc.

Room was very clean and spacious. Would have preferred a microwave in the room as that is what we are used to from other chains. We did love the breakfast variety and the shower in our room was awesome. The modern decor and colors were very pleasant.

just a microwave in the rooms and prefer a closet to a few hooks.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of tables to sit at. Microwave available to use any time of day. Drinks available for purchase. Large room. Bathroom well thought out. Lots of towels. Walk-in shower, non-slip surface. Beds were comfortable. Lots of different types of pillows to choose from. Quiet.

We had an adjoining room, even though we had booked several months in advance. We could hear the people talking in that room but all in all they were quiet and it did not interfere with our stay.

Someone in close proximity to our room was smoking Marijuana and Sunday morning the entire hallway stunk. Staff should have been able to smell that too! Medical or not, smoke it outside since no smoking is allowed in the room.
