first of all, what we liked most was the staff, always friendly and there for your needs without being invasive. The cleaning lady left a couple of swans made of towels! Secondly, the pool and hot tub, a wow. Breakfast starts at 6am which for someone going for work is very important. The place was nice and warm, while outside snowstorms!

It would benefit from having a safe in the room and microwavable cups or plates. Has laundry facilities, but you need to bring quarters to be able to use them

The cleanliness was top notch. The one morning that we ate the breakfast, it was very good. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, but the hot tub was a bit too hot.

There was no place to sit in the room except at the desk. I understand because of an issue with no room, but it would have been nice to have a comfortable chair. No other complaints or suggestions.

Clean, all the essentials. Pool, hot tub and coffee was nice.

Well, I tried to cancel my trip ahead of my stay, with travel insurance. Booking.com referred me to the management at the Baymont and they never replied after repeated attempts. So don’t get the travel insurance and don’t book a room unless you are absolutely certain you will not have to change it.

The two young men at the reception desk were incredibly friendly and helpful!! The hotel is in a quiet location.

The food was ok. There were no eggs, the orange juice was watered down, the pool towels were very small (and I am a small woman), wish there was a waste basket in the bathroom (I moved the one by the sink).

From the moment we checked in the staff was amazing. Our room was clean and as expected. We had an issue with very noisy neighbors and the front desk assigned another room for us which was much more quiet. Appreciate their wilingness to help. The pool/spa was great!

The only issue I had was the beds are very squeaky. Both rooms were that way.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gladly gave us a new sheet set at 10pm when my son spilled his drink. Very understanding that accidents happen. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. They brought out fresh and never let it get low.

The pool was dirty but it was late.

Someone pooped in the hot tub and staff did not close the area. On Tuesday morning the bathroom near check in was flooded and needed cleaning. At breakfast they ran out of biscuits for the biscuit and gravy within the first hour.

Ok! Bacon very oily, undercooked. Coffee not very tasty.

Our room bathroom fan was horribly loud!!! When we entered the room at close to 11:00 PM it was about 60 degrees, Freezing! It took about an hour to warm up, such a huge energy waste. Also no remote for TV in the room.

Our room was great. Would ask for it again. The couch, chair & bed were comfortable. Everything was clean.

Needed more tables in the breakfast area. Even if just folding tables & chairs for when it is busier. Or TV trays for the couches. Also the hot tub was wonderful. Loved the depth, size and temperature. But I have never seen a ladder to get in & out. Should really be more like steps....so maybe a ladder that is on an angle?

It was a really wonder night Thursday. By Friday a hockey convention has over taken the hotel. But we met a couple at breakfast take was traveling with their grandkids, they were so nice
