The room in the back was quiet. Hot water was quick and wonderfully hot.

There was no light switch at the entry door. I arrived at night, so it was dark and walked into an even darker room and had to search for a light. The first lamp I found didn’t work. I had to search further while feeling semi blind. Yes, I knew you didn’t have breakfast there, which is unfortunate, but I had to ask each morning for hot water for tea. The teabags were out but no hot water. Each time they were very accommodating, but why no hot water in lobby.

The person checking is in and out we equally cordial, professional, and modest. The facility is in excellent condition - fresh paint, will maintained, will lot, parking right in front of our door. The room was comfortable, with plenty of pillows and bedclothes, so clean, fresh and plush, there was anything you could want it need ,- coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, TV, two comfortable chairs with a desk, and even a recycling bucket. Everything clean, well kept, and ample for our needs. Great value too! We will return.

Can't think of anything except if they would ever vend sandwiches or snacks.

We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and the pool and hot tub were nice. We knew this was a cheaper hotel and got what we expected for our stay. As I said, I did expect this, walking around bare foot in our room after a shower the bottom of our feet were black that we needed to wipe them before we out our socks on. Again, as a value hotel I did expect that. Over all it was a comfortable stay for what we needed.

The carpets need to be cleaned in the rooms

Very convenient for Traverse City Airport with a fuel station round the corner, super handy for returning the car rental. This property had an outside pool, which if I’d been staying longer I would definitely have used. A nice pool to sit beside & catch some sunshine while waiting for check in. The accommodation was spacious and clean - all that was required. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

An airport shuttle service was missing .

Seems like simply using a leaf blower down each sidewalk would keep floors cleaner. Once a day or every other day. Might take 30 minutes. Tub tiles in bad shape. TV controller hard to change channels

Two Queen beds Very Comfortable. Bed Spread / Duvets very clean. Shower has amazing pressure, Coffee in Lobby just 3 doors away was great. Amal desk clerk, very friendly, polite and informative. Parking was very accessible. Pool area very nicely landscaped. Vinyl plank flooring throughout was very clean

Great location, ample parking, which was well lit in the parking lot felt safe. The room was immaculate. There was not a speck of dust anywhere! The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated having a refrigerator and a coffee maker in my room. I will definitely be back.

Clean, quiet comfortable in a great location. Also, the water pressure was PHENOMENAL! Odd fact I know haha but it’s a pet peeve of mine 🤪 very comfy beds as well and the guy that was working the desk was really friendly. Oh and there’s a HOT TUB!! 🥳

The room was in good shape. Close to everything we wanted. After check-in, we never seen a worker. They don't clean every day like they used to, but that doesn't bother me.

I feel the carpet needs to be cleaned. Made my feet feel dirty if I went barefoot.

I paid and registered the room but somehow it ended up under my guests name which caused confusion when I got there and make check in take a long time while trying to figure out what happened to my room
