Great activities for kids. Fantastic indoor water park.

Limited food choices in the hotel and prices a bit steep.

The breakfast buffet was OK. There were limited choices, but it fed the family. The dinner options were overpriced. My self and three children, with no extras, totaled out at just shy of $100.00, with tip. Two of the kids had buttered spaghetti noodles, which costs very little to prepare. We also had a cheeseburger and pulled pork sandwich. Food is definitely overpriced.

The arcade was a huge disappointment. I purchased 3 $15.00 "Paw Cards" for my kids. They didn't last more than 10 minutes worth of play. My kids were very unhappy. The ticket redemption was laughable. 40 tickets would get you a mini pack of m&m's. Really? The cost of going to and staying at Great Wolf is understandable, but the food and arcade are overpriced.

Location, the events they had planned for my grandkids, staff was friendly on arrival and the ease of checking out via text.

I was very disappointed in the restaurant, the food was terrible and way overpriced for what we got.

The staff made the difference in the stay. The kids loved the water park. It was hit and humid but they had windows to view my teenagers. There were a lot of lifeguards. I loved Dunkin for coffee. The resort was wonderful because they allowed us to use the water park after we checked out. Definitely a huge bonus.

The water park closes at 8 pm. It would have been better at 9 or 10. Pull out bed was uncomfortable.

Kids loved the water park and the separate bunk space in the room. Room opened onto patio and lawn (as well as hallway other end). Clean and spacious.

Would have liked to know when checking in that the water park closed at 8 (I didn’t ask or check - my bad really). However, passes included water park the next day so with some rescheduling we spent time at the water park and happiness ensued.

Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Always something for the grandkids to do they never got bored. Rooms were clean and spacious. The food was good at all the places we ate at. All of the lodge areas were clean. It was our first time there and we are already planning our next trip there.

Did not like paying for parking, no other places we have stayed at charged to park.

The cleanliness of the entire facility was impressive.

Was a little disappointed by the misleading advertising on the website regarding the ability to enjoy the water park prior to lodging reservation being ready. upon arrival at 10am was informed that this was not possible until 1pm and would be a cost of $50. we ended up paying for one adult and our child to enter water park on a day pass $106. while my husband and daughter attended water park I sat in parking lot until room was ready. 4pm

Such a great experience for the grandkids with so much there to do. Large comfortable room with balcony. Water park, minigolf, Magiquest and more were great ways to keep the kiddos busy and happy. Restaurant wait staff was very good!

Restaurant food wasn't great for dinner or breakfast.

We liked the Waterpark the best. There was so many options of things to do.

We didn't like how short the mini bowling games are. With 2 people we paid $14 and it took us less than 5 minutes to finish the game.

I absolutely love that there was so much to do with the family… Water park was awesome, all the fun little activities were great, We definitely plan to make more visits in the future.

it’s a little pricey, wish the water parked stayed open later especially because check in is at 4p and the water park closes at 8p so the first day we didn’t get to swim.
