Very new, very clean, and great value. Very nice lobby area and set up for continental breakfast in the mornings. Nice big windows with lots of natural light in the rooms. Room designs are very well done, with a lot of convenience packed into small spaces.

It is definitely a popular hotel, and seems to be a favorite for those traveling with kids for sporting events. So, a bit noisier in the lobby as families tend to gather there. However, we were placed in a room on the 4th floor away from the chaos and had no issues with noise disturbances.

The staff were great, friendly knowledge on places to go visit. Quick to bring extra towels to the room. Rooms were clean.

Breakfast lacked, I would have expected eggs, meat, and possibly potatoes, maybe even a waffle station. Instead, we were served pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches or egg bites (which were good) that we could have microwaved ourselves So for what we paid for our stay, I would have expected something better to start our busy day. Pillows went flat very easily for being firm, I didn't use the soft ones that were in our room. Room could have had a dresser, more hangers, and better storage for sharing multiple people.

The pool is small but clean and towels readily available. The gym was huge and looked brand new with lots of equipment including heavy free weights. The beds were comfortable. Blackout curtains were 100% blackout so even the kids slept well. The breakfast was great too! Coffee and ice are available downstairs 24/7. The reviews of this property when we stayed were not great, however I didn’t find the common complaints to be valid. We were very happy with our stay.

Pillows

We loved the fact that the location was very close to downtown TC, but not so close that it was super busy. There was a number of attractions and restaurants nearby.

There were times traffic could be difficult, but patience, leaving early, and planning ahead, we had very little trouble merging into traffic and getting where we needed to go.

I wish there were more breakfast options. We thought the pool was nice but very echoey inside there. We liked that the rooms and lobby felt very clean and we had plenty of towels, hand/body wash etc. The bed was fairly comfortable but the thermostat was a little bit all over the place and we had to keep turning down as the room kept getting really hot. I also loved the complementary coffee station.

More breakfast options would be nice.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices and even some gf options for Celiac people.. It was very busy with people. I liked the location. Mini-golf was a short walk away. Cup a Joe coffee shop was convenient by car or a short walk as was Bob Evans. BATA busses were nearby. The location is good and hotel is new. I would go back.

Room was comfortable and had plenty of room. Bathroom was well set up with plenty of towels. Staff was excellent in all areas.

Traffic was horrendous. Very difficult to get left hand turns or right hand turns out of hotel Traffic was better early morning or after 7 at night.

The breakfast was fine - cold and hot options, and it was available for a nice window (7am -10am) so it accommodates a variety of wake up times.

It was noisy a few times with doors slamming - probably guests getting settled in their rooms. The doors tend to close loudly.

Staff friendly and accommodating. Room and hallways carpet very clean. Breakfast was very nice.

Our bathroom sink stopper got stuck on the closed position. Needed staff to fix. You might want a better quality faucet/stopper.

There was a constant beeping that could be heard in the hall and our bathroom as our room was located right next to the electrical room. Luckily it was not heard in the bedroom area
