Location and super friendly staff

We had to move rooms after we were settled in because the shower wouldn’t drain. Someone had vomited in the shower and when the staff tried to plunge it the vomit appeared and left a bad odor. The staff brought us a luggage cart and apologized many times for the inconvenience. The next room was great

Good choices. First morning, coffee carafe was empty. However, a kitchen employee spotted me with a cup and immediately brought out another full coffee carafe and my coffee cup filled.

Our room was booked for 4 people and there were 3 bath towels. In the shower, our body wash container was empty.

When booking online, the staff could not adjust my reservations and felt like I had to do everything myself and book online.(added an extra night but couldn't combine the reservations, staff was helpful but still had to "check out" and back in, but they did put me in the same room.

The fact they were flexible on my room what floor and they tried to help me get early check in however I ended not using it but I appreciated their assistance

That it looks like my reservation card I used got charged even thou I used a different card to actually pay for room

Great set up in the room for my family and the pool was very nice.

They did not have spare sheets, pillow or blanket for the sofa bed in the room like other places do. They closed the breakfast area 20 minutes or so early, so we didn't get to enjoy breakfast like the day before.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi were in perfect working condition. Very clean balance chlorine levels and temperature was perfect.

Decor is very old and outdated. Staff said redecorating is taking place very soon.

we were on the second floor and out window was screwed shut!!! As a firefighter and knowing that was our second egress in case of a fire I didn't like that at all!!!!

Easy to find. Enjoyed our stay left before breakfast, but was offered the cold food they had available.

The property couldn’t give me points for my Holiday Inn stay because I used a third party.

Very neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Very nice people.

The only thing was I tried to make a cup of coffee from the Keurig and it didn’t work. Tried a few times and no luck. My daughter got dressed and ran down and brought up 2 cups.

The breakfast was amazing, the pool was the right temperature, the staff was friendly, and the cleanliness.

Would have liked one fluffy pillow and one flatter pillow for each person.
