I enjoyed my stay with my son very much. We use the hotel as a base station for us to go hunting at my buddies place. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that we could enjoy the continental breakfast because of course we had to be in the woods super early to enjoy those great outdoors. Of course the other thing that we didn’t get a chance to enjoy was the pool and the hot tub and it sounded like a good time if we were able to use it but in the end, we enjoyed our stay very much I think the only thing that I didn’t like was the fact there were some hair on the ceiling in our hotel room other than that the guys working the desk were pretty cool dudes and I appreciate the great rates and I also appreciate it if you guys could re-look at your veteran rates maybe do a little bit better job in the future for veterans getting a discount other than that thank you for an awesome stay and we appreciate it very much

There were some hair stuck on our ceiling in our shower, but they didn’t really matter to my son and I because we were using the hotel room for a base station to go hunting

Breakfast was really good, cheese omelet and waffle options among a lot more.

The furniture could have an upgrade, a little chewed upon the edges, but clean. I had to walk all over to find a drink machine that worked, the front desk was not helpful, saying they had no access or options to get a drink from them. They told me to check the machines on their floors to see if they worked.

Breakfast was great! Many options. Plenty of healthy options as well as yummy comfort food! Room was clean and comfortable!

I love love love a late check out when available. I didn’t even ask, but I could have used it this morning since we spend the previous day on Torch Lake, drinking and getting too much sun. 11am is a decent checkout time, but for no fault but my own I wish I would of asked for a noon check out. Seriously, everything was great!!

we were pleasantly surprised with the comfort inn , everyone from the front desk to breakfast area, to housekeeping were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast was great every morning and the lady was amazing, front desk had fresh cookies out too.

nothing except the hall on the 4th floor was extremely hot but thats really nothing

Location, clean room and common areas , decent breakfast friendly and efficient staff, good value

Inadequate monitoring of pool area: spa handrails not secured in the anchors, throw rings were rendered useless by guests and not repaired before the pool was reopened the next morning. Coffee in lobby either very weak or very tasteless.

Location was great…I had hurt my back so the staff was very helpful and had a wheelchair available and was very kind..breakfast was good! Lots of variety….

Long walks down the hallways. We need to remember to ask for a room close to the elevator next time… 😄.

The location was great. The breakfast was really good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean room and comfortable beds.

The heater for the room didn’t work. The maintenance man came and since it was nighttime he couldn’t fix it. He gave us a nice space heater. He was very nice and accommodating.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great considering it's inclusion in the cost. Workout room was adequate. Location is great - near major roadways and downtown.

The wifi was very unstable, but I did learn that several business in the area were having similar issues.

Almost all was excellent - Many thick towels, good lighting, comfortable bed.

The television was terrible. Had to have Maurice come up to reset it, which he happily did. Then no guide and searching for channels was very difficult. You really need a better system.

I liked that it appeared that the facility was staying up with the times in terms of decor. Also all staff were very friendly and helpful. Also loved the Saint Patty’s day decorations 👍 Also Chad from the front desk came up to help us with our TV very nice and professional
