no real problems anywhere. Particularly liked sunny balcony, tables, clothes drier

lack of dish towel in kitchen. Needed better spatula fo frying. lack of kitchen knife. No instructions for use of cooking plaque and microwave oven. would have preferred sink with stopper in the bathroom, but otherwise the unit was highly satisfactory. every thursday evening TV signal disappeared.

Lovely helpful staff at reception, clean homely vibe rooms , balcony with view of house in a vine yard in the distance and huge starry sky at night. Pool complex to the side of the hotel but to the rear of the hole is a paradise with a lake with boats , sand , volleyball , basketball court , bar/ restaurant. Shopping complex short drive away . 39° heat whilst I was there .

Everything was fantastic and perfect for the children. The rooms, kitchen and bathroom were plenty big enough for us and everything was modern. There were televisions in both rooms, a large fridge-freezer, an induction hob and a great shower. The beds were comfortable and there was a balcony connecting the two rooms. Next door was the water park that we used for a few hours. It had one slide, a hot tub, wave machine and lots of other interesting wildlife themes. We liked the tipping buckets outside. The staff in the hotel and swimming complex were friendly and happy to help. Within the parkland area were several small rivers, outdoor exercise machines, an obstacle course similar (though smaller than) go ape, lakes for kayaking and pedalos, an outside swimming pool with lifeguard, a climbing wall, a very nice bar and grill restaurant and a pétanque club. On the first night , we had live music. The staff were all young students who were friendly and encouraging. We also walked through the park to the centre of Jonzac to see the chateau and marketplace. There were large supermarkets a short drive from the apartment. I’m very glad we chose Jonzac and not the more well-known destinations.

The rooms were ok

Having the toilet separate from the bathroom and no sink to wash hands in the toilet. Some instructions on how to operate the cooker would have also been beneficial. Otherwise, it was a good stay for us

Nice room-spotlessly clean. Lovely to have a balcony. Only stayed one night as were attending a wedding nearby. Receptionist was very accommodating. Check in wasn’t until mid afternoon but she kindly checked and we were able to access 3 of the 4 rooms earlier Plenty of free parking

The staff, specially the young lady on the reception was amazing friendly and helpful. The location close to the center of Jonzac is great. Big coffee cups are available in the kitchen finally :)

Toilet needs an urgent makeover as there are strings of calk ugly visible. The previous pillows were bigger and more comfortable.

very clean and new appartments. there is a wonderful swimming pool "antilles de jonzac" near the appartments with slide and a big lagoon with waves. lovely stay.

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Enjoyed the balcony. Staff all lovely.

Location- in the middle of nowhere and difficult to get to places with no car. Nowhere to eat on premises . No tea towel in room. Toilet roll not stocked up.

Nice spacious apartment with a balcony and kitchen. Property is very suitable for a family. The hotel is on the same site as the aquatic centre so extremely close. 20 minute walk through the countryside to the town. Room came with passes to the main swimming pool.

As is typical in France, they ask you to clean up the room and kitchen before you leave. Outside of the hotel could do with a coat of paint.

Modern and minimalist in a nice way. Clean, comfortable accomodation close to amenities and restaurants. The nearest restaurant was in the Casino next door. It was open on a Sunday which is a big advantage in rural France. Selection is basic but the burger I had was as good or better than any burger I have had. Reasonable prices and a pleasant bar. Limited restaurants in town but found one of very good standard. Staff could have given better advice in that regard. Breakfast in the property was quite acceptable by French standards. Coffee, Juice, yogurt, croissants, bread, cheese and ham. Staff very pleasant. Overall good value.

Nothing really to dislike. Could get the smell of cooking but it's a self catering establishment. Turning on the Aircon removed the problem.
