My experience was excellent with the staff more than the stay. Reshma was so kind and gentle enough to serve us the best. She and her team made our stay comfortable and honoured. The toilet facilities like the shower.

1. Location is ideally located, neither close to the congested city traffic nor too far from shopping locations. 2. The pool is very well-maintained and was loved by my kids. 3. The dining area is cosy, and clean and the servers are great. 4. Food is excellent. 5. Rooms are spacious and very well-kept.

Only two things: 1. Bathrooms need maintenance 2. We had asked for a packed breakfast since our flight was early in the morning. We were given just one sandwich for 1 adult and 2 kids.

Great atmosphere and environment. Friendly staff willing to take the extra mile to please the guest. Breakfast has a wide variety of Veg and Non Veg. Idly and Thosai is superb with thier sambar. Vadai is outstanding. Great authentic experience. The floor manager walks the ground and talks to each guest during breakfast and arranges what the guest request. Ms Kala a name to be mentioned exceeds your expectation. All in all it was a great time spend at Madurai Poppys Hotel.

It was a delightful experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met promptly.

Each room should provide with two keys if required. Especially when family stay with kids in more than one room.

Everything is ok .very good service.all the restaurant staffs are very friendly and very good caring. Front office staff are very friendly.house keeping staffs very helpful.

Please increase the room service. That's no fan in the room and that's alot of mosquito. Can't sleep well .

Amenities for kids or a small sports room would be good to have for longer stays.

Check in was done nicely with one Ms Manimala a front office lady staff,whose courtesy is exemplary! But the issue was there was a debate on single or double occupancy.In case if booked for double occupancy and the other partner is not able to accompany,the hotel has to consider the request in a pragmatic way and not in a legal way! At last I was a victim and had to pay for double while i stayed single in a Suit room.Quite undesirable

Service was great. Attentive staff. Energetic, enthusiastic and polite. Everyone we encountered, who was working in Poppys Madurai, seemed to want to be there. Ample sitting area at the lobby. The rooms were massive!. The bathroom was equally massive!

I understand that it is post-Covid, where most hotels are barely opening after having suffered a long and severe down period causing financial constraints, but, to say it as it is, the hotel does need some repair work. The rooms need some maintenance work, particularly, flooring. All the equipment were working fine, no issues with that. Needs a gym.

The staff, facility the room everything was good and maintained good hygiene. The complimentary breakfast was also good.

The dinner we had was not good. The soup had a burnt smell and there was no salt in the chicken biriyani we had.

twin beds joined together to make a queen bed. Bathroom is not ventilated properly, need some carpenter to fix the lock
