Our room had a very comfortable, large double bed. We were able to park at the door which was convenient. We arrived late but managers arranged for our key to be available in a locked box and were very helpful. The room was good value for money.

The floor seemed a bit sticky underfoot; residue of last clean? The light switch on the wall beside the bed didn't turn the lights over the bed on so we assumed the switch was faulty. It didn't matter because we arrived late & were ready for bed anyway. In the morning, in the light, we found additional light switches behind & hidden by our pillows. Perhaps an instruction on the wall beside the switch would be helpful. The tv remote control had a battery & battery cover missing so we were unable to use the tv.

We got a room away from the road so no road noise. Great service from staff . Comfortable bed . Clean . Swimming pool ( small but great for summer ) Will stay again.

Noisy family next door so with thin walls we were woken up early ( we stayed after work that finished at midnight so needed sleep) Some areas could do with more cleaning

Great location for what I needed , staff were very friendly & most helpful , bed was comfortable which is most important thing , it had a microwave & fridge everything u need for a short stay

I think the bathroom was little outdated & small & the blinds you could see light through them all night 😊

Comfortable, good value for money.

My only complaint was the two single mattresses on a larger frame. They moved and I almost ended up between them. Also need to do more of a deeper clean as we found other peoples rubbish and stuff as we were cleaning up.

I expected a budget motel, very basic. The bed was so comfortable, and the bedding was really nice! Everything was very clean, and the room looked like staff care what you think. I found it charming, and a great location. A short drive from everywhere.

Very minor, but the chair at the desk was too low for the desk height. Easily fixed with the room cushions though.

The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff member that checked me in was so helpful, with a beautiful personality.

The hotel is old, but the condition and cleanliness defiantly outweigh the age.

staff are great rooms are good - great location - near where I am working - close to town stay regularly and would recommend to others whether for work or a holiday

The only thing I didnt like was the free wifi - i have to use my own dongle as the signal is too unreliable If good free wifi was provided this place would be excellent instead of good

I can't say enough nice things about this motel!!! They treated me like family, and it felt like home! Ella and her husband are the most kindest people I've ever met. I was going through a hard time, and Ella really felt like a mum to me. I had my 2 big fluff ball Belgian shepherds with me, and unlike other motels, they didn't stick me in the worst room!! We actually tried 3 rooms before Wolfie was happy with the floor! Doesn't like lino 😁 All the rooms are beautifully done. The king beds are AMAZING!!!! There is everything you need. Housekeeping were also so lovely. The restaurant menu sounds divine and I want to go back just for that,, and the best nights sleep you'll ever have! I miss Ella, she is just one in a million. ❤️ The rooms are quiet. The undercover parking , perfect. The area for the dogs, beautiful. Pool is beautiful!! It is a home away from home. I hope to go back very soon , to see my new friends ❤️

Not one bad thing at all. Super clean. Well kept. Not noisy in the morning like most. Not one complaint from me!

location was great, beds were very comfortable. Clean rooms, really nice staff. Very accomodating to our needs. Surprisingly quiet for being right on the Highway.

its only a little thing, and certainly wouldnt put me off returning.. but the showers arent fully enclosed resulting in water all over the floor when showering. Other tiny issue, the fishermans basket could do with a bit of an update, as it wasnt really a fishermans basket.

Staff,location fantastic.

Shower floor water retainer edge broken. Therefore, water was all over the bathroom floor. The blonds had broken slats, allowing anyone to see in.
