The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few metres from the beach, and has both indoor and outdoor pools. The sea view from the room is fantastic. The nightlife is quite busy near the hotel, but the soundproofed doors meant that only little noise filtered into the room, so it didn't disturb the relaxation. The choice of food for breakfeast and dinner is plentiful and delicious. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The parking situation around the hotel is pretty bad. You can use the car park of the hotel next door, which is much bigger, but it's not much use when it's always full.

The location of the hotel is fantastic; it's very central and everything is close by. The food was lovely and there was always a good selection, both at breakfast and dinner. The staff were very pleasant and professional, and the atmosphere in the hotel always felt very calm, even though there were many guests.

The internet is terrible. I was on the top floor and sometimes I was losing connectivity every few minutes. It was very frustrating. I also didn't like the fact that the lifts are small and the doors close too quickly. I am a wheekchair user and the doors often tried to close on me as I was wheeling myself out of the lift. Finally, I would have appreciated a few more television channels. They were quite limited.

Everything is good value for money, food was great and exceeded our expectations, room was clean, some staff members were very warm and welcoming

Biograd seems to be low budget oriented, so didn't like that beaches and town are overcrowded, too many cheap shops along the beach, presentation of cafes, type of food offered etc, the cafe infront of hotel i.e. pool area was the only area where we felt pleasant and conformtable to spend time, in terms of offer, music and overall feeling the destination seems to be stuck in the 1990's

The location of a hotel was great and easy to find. Food was excellent, although breakfast could be improved in terms of selection and diversity of options available. All the hotel stuff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean.

There WiFi connection was just terrible. Bed was a bit too hard and uncomfortable.

Breakfast was fine, regular offer eggs, ham, cheese, fruits etc... Rooms are clean, staff is really polite ; airconditing is working perfectly - really good ; room was already prepared although we came 1hour earlier and in the room was airconditinig already on; clean towels each day; dinner was good - meat and fish offered each day

Modernization of rooms, hotels - upgrade ; parking we fund one place but this is too small parking for 3 hotels

This hotel is in the prime location of Biograd. Right across the road from the beach. The room was comfortable and clean. Right in the heart of the city with plenty of choices to eat and drink. You can use the 2 swimming pools from the other 2 hotels as well as the spas. Breakfast was great. Plenty of choices and dinner was ok but nothing great. I would definitely be coming back to stay here again.

Location is perfect! Restaurants, markets, caffes and the beach is literally one minute from the hotel. Food is great, every day is something different to eat and everything is delicious. Pools and spa center are awesome!

Wi-fi in the hotel is really bad.

May I would give some kind of sentences to improve hotel quality for future..., instead of my empty sounding "don't like"...? 1. Toilet room have to be equipped by simple automatic electro ventilator. 2. Guests who smoking and not are mixed, mainly all time when your door is open to balcony the room will be filled up by their smoke... 3. At least one small bottle of sweet water to one guest per one day will be nice to get after daily cleaning service.

Location, distance, staff. Breakfast and dinner are very good. Staff very friendly and open to questions.

Wifi very slow and block vpn which cause problems with remote office work.

Very nice and comfy hotel. Receptionists and cleaning staff were all very friendly.

I had paid for my stay via credit card before arrival and was asked again to pay upon check out. Good thing I had the email to prove that I had already paid because even the manager at the reception wasn't able to figure out that I had already paid. Not impressed with that all.
