It was so cute and welcoming. The second you walk up you feel like you’re going to have a good time. Everyone was so welcoming from the reception to the other guests. It feels like the best vibe place to hang out and that the property itself is what facilitates the positive energy and interactions between the people there. I considered changing my trip to extend my stay to get the most out of the property even though I had seen all the sites in the city but unfortunately couldn’t because of other bookings. Would go back to zadar just to stay here again. They let me keep my bags there all day and hang out while I waited to walk to the bus stop which is nearby. Felt so safe as a solo female traveler. 10000/10

People snore, uncomfy ish squeaky bed and tiny pillow. But even with all this (and I’m a princess and the pea type of gal) I would come back.

I have stayed in many hostels in my life. It was the best hostel overall. Atmosphere was very lively but chill at the same time. The beds were clean. The room was quiet and dark, and there was an air conditioner at the facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is an amazing balcony and the garden of the hostel where you can chill and socialize. The decorations are nice. There is free coffee, tea and water. The location is not at the old town and I prefer where it is. It is in a lovely neighborhood where you can take a walk like a local without any tourists. There are nice beaches near by. It is 5-10 mins walk to the bus station where flixbus and airport shuttles come.

We really felt very comfortable and relaxed at this hostel! The beds were very comfortable and the room was big! I didn't feel too close to the 7 other people in the room. The air conditioning at night helped us get through the hot hot days! The terrace and chill area were great for meeting people and really feeling relaxed on holiday! The staff and owners were friendly and very informative about the area. We always knew what was going on in the city and how to get around to the islands. The Portuguese bartender Felipe was super friendly and made our stay more fun! We recommend this place highly!

It was a bit too far from the old town and the center and was not super easy to walk on hot 34 degree days. However we were closer to the ferries and the beaches! Ask the hosts for food recommendations and ferry routes!

At first I booked for three nights, then I extended it for another two, then for six, I couldn't leave this hostel, it took my heart, it's the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The staff there were wonderful I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart starting with the owners Chris and Tiha and continuing with volunteers Gabriel, Sophie, Lily, Mimi and Dana I love you guys And sure i’ll come again and again ❤️❤️❤️

Very clean, exceptional air con in the rooms. The shower was really powerful and spacious. There was a great outside seating area but also one indoors. The staff were exceptionally friendly and organised a taxi for me from the airport- the taxi driver was incredible and super friendly. The lady on the front desk gave loads of advice as to how to get across to the islands and ‘must visit’ bars and locations. I felt completely safe even though I arrived at 1am. A brilliant experience.

I liked how inviting it was and they took my late check-in. I was felt very very welcomed, which was amazing even though I was tired I didn't want to go to sleep right away. Wanted to get to know them. They were genuinely nice people, thank you so much. Will definitely come back.

as someone who is no sensitive, it was pretty hard sleeping next to people who snore but they had nice outside terrace with sofas which was also comfortable and the weather is great to sleep out

This hostel is located in a great neighborhood - just a 10 minute walk from the beach. The supermarket is across the street. The air conditioning in our room was perfect especially considering the August heat outside. Hostel and no 5 bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. We arrived early and were helped to spend our waiting time in comfort. A large patio is an additional plus, there is a billiard, barbecue. Definitely a great hostel.

Perfect apartment for a couple. Good size and all you need. Location is a little out of town but we loved the walk in. There is a bar but unfortunately we ran out of time to try. The staff were lovely and helpful. It was a quick walk to the bus depot.

As others have mentioned the smell in the bathroom is quite bad. We kept the door shut but it was quite pungent at times. This would not put us off staying again.

Great social hostel close to the quiet part of the beach and Konzum grocery store. The place is very clean and has a great kitchen, a couple of toilets and showers and a nice hang out area inside and outside. Felt very safe and quiet. It is not a party hostel as you have to be quiet by 23.00, which I liked. Kitchen was great. Staff was ok but honestly a but rude at times when I did something "wrong", like I cleaned my cup in the bar sink instead of the kitchen, while in the kitchen it says go and clean your cup in the bar... quite confusing.

A friend picked me up from the hostel and we sat down in the sofa for a few minutes to book a new hostel as this one was fully booked for the night. However, I got told off rudely to leave the property as my friend was not a guest there and not allowed to sit down for these minutes so we could book a new place. Because of the rudeness of the staff (happened to me 3 times during my 1 day stay and I honestly did not do anything wrong) I will not come back to this hostel again. You do not treat people like that, friends or guests, especielly when you pay 50 eur a night for a bunk bed, which is a lot of money.

Staff was really friendly, welcoming and would help you with everything you needed. Loved that you don’t need room keys, only a door code.

Location is not the best. Takes 45 minutes to walk to the center and the landmarks, it’s close to a beach were you can swim though. Dorms do not have individual lamps just one main light. AC can not be turned on during the day, so be prepared to take a nap in your sweat. Pictures look better than it is in real life.
