Very cosy and spacious apartment. Everything looks new or recently renovated. Checking in and out is easy and it's possible to leave luggage in the luggage room for free after checking out. Apartment is clean and has all you need. Comfortable bed and pillows. Location is extremely great: in the middle of downtown, close to everything. Supermarket is 3 minutes walk from apartment. Plenty of good restaurants around.

Missing frying pan and cover for pot. Also it's worth adding some wider holder to dry towels in the bathroom, since those hooks are quite small and it's hard to get towel dry if you stay for more than one or two days.

A pure centre but quiet to sleep. Staff at the reception very nice, no issues with English explanation. Really good that we were able to drop off bags there for free. The breakfast was nice and you dont need to rush for breakfast.

A bit hard to find the entrance to the building, although they gave pictures. Top floor with 38 degrees outside wasn't the best for a pregnant person, but still doable and they couldn't change the weather 😊 once you are in,the air-conditioning was already on,so that was great!

The apartment was in an excellent location. We found it easily. It was clean and comfortable, even though it was small for a family of four. The communication with the staff was smooth and they responded instantly to the messages. I would like to mention that it was in the fourth floor and there was no elevator. There were no slippers as well and no pods for the dishwasher. Also, the pans should be changed. There were scratches and there were non stick. Stainless steel is recommended. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend to other guests too.

Clean and quite big room in great location (center of the city) with good equipment and air condition, fridge, towels The acommodation offers trips for example to Plitvice, very good breakfast in the restaurant nearby

The stairs to 3rd floor without lift can be problem for older people, last days wifi wasn’t working and there was not connection of TV programmes but I don’t find it as a problem cause we had a lots of things to do

The place is really spacious and the interior is nice and fresh. I like how it's furnished (amazing big wardrobe) and the light is really good. It was clean. The bed is big and comfortable so is the sofa. I love that we got some coffee and the kitchen has the equipment it should and there is a big fridge too. I wish we had stayed for longer than one night, because this place didn't disappoint us unlike other ones we visited this year! Recommended!

One trash bin wasn't well emptied so you can see the cleaning was rushed. The building looks bad from the outside and it was filled with rain water inside (staircase), but the apartment is pretty. The place was also kinda hard to find.

Really great location in the Old city, near to everything. Apartment is huge for 2 people. Balcony, kitchen, couch... etc., all good condition. I am specially thankfull for additional services with lady from the Adriatic agency, they helped us with taxi when our flight had huge delay and they explained very good how self check-in works in late hour. They took us also to the shop with some water/food that we needed.

Nothing, everything was great for us.

The accommodation is in the old town on a nice street. Nicely decorated and clean apartment on the second floor without an elevator, even nicer than in the pictures. It looked new to me. Spacious living room and kitchen, separate bedroom. I was only there for 1 night, but I recommend it for longer stay. Upon arrival had a minor issue, there was no wifi password in the apartment, but the kind owner lady was immediately available on phone call and whatsapp to help me resolve it.

It was pretty simple, just coming into the reception place and receiving keys almost immediately. The workers were also very friendly and had great English. Reception is also very close to the apartment itself. The apartment exceeded expectations; it was clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom, which was really nice. It was amazing location right in the old town.

My only problem was that a person could lock someone out trough safety lock on the second door. Other then that I did not have any kind of problem while staying there.

Central and the staff are really reactive and polite (few seconds to reply) The bed is comfy with all the necessities needed

The entrance is a bit creepy. We were not fully reassured. But the area is really safe. Just a bad first impression. The A/C in the room was not working. It was a bit cold. I could have texted them and I would have received a response directly but it was late and didn't want to disturb... So not the place's fault.

The location is in Lower Old Town so walking distance to the sunset and restaurants, cathedral... Inside the apartment is clean and had AC for cool temperature.

The apartment is on 3rd or 4th floor, a lot of stair steps to carry luggages up. Also, the building outside is old and the neighbors kept smoking in the stairs or balcony. The stairs and the building outside looks old and dirty. A bit scarry to walk upstairs in evening when we got back from town. There's not much in the kitchen. I bought my own oil, sugar, pepper... to cook. Though there were pot and pan, plates, cups, bowls... very basic kitchen relatively compared to other apartments we rented during this Croatia trip.
