The property was in a great location and the room was really lovely. It was really clean and spacious and the bed was comfy. It had everything you needed-fridge,iron etc. The accommodation also had a little communal kitchen which was didn’t use but it was very nice and clean and had everything you would need to cook. The building from the outside doesn’t do it justice as once you step through the accommodation doors everything is done to a high standard- great value for money considering it’s central location- would definitely recommend

The location couldn't have been more perfect! It's by the best restaurants in town (we ate at the hip and sultry Morito's) and we thought the food was divine! While the building is older, the accommodations of the Zadera Rooms itself was modern, stunning and refreshing! I absolutely loved the beautiful huge bath tub in the living room which was a surprise and a great romantic addition for a couple! The room was clean, elegant and well thought out and the bathroom was quite attractive as well. I was with my daughter and we loved being able to walk to the best sites in town within seconds and minutes....the sun dial and sea organ was a wonderful way to spend the evening with the rest of Zadar's visitors. Everything was perfect!

Appreciated the cold drinks in the fridge upon arrival and you could make drinks in room but option to also use full kitchen outside with microwave etc. Ideal location, very quiet, very cool, but close to the old town and everything was walkable to, and you could easily pop back during the day if you wanted. Once you had key fob , it made it easy to get back into. We loved it here and would recommend it.

Had a few problems opening the main front door when first arrived but that was maybe just us!. The cups weren't completely clean.

There is a small kitchen available but unfortunately there was no way to use the cooktop seemed broken and no pot to boil eggs I looked everywhere. No host at the property only message contact which is fine but would be nice to have towels changed after 3rd night. I was coming back from a conference and wanted to expense one night unfortunately due to the invoice without breakdown of price per night it was not possible.

The accommodation was very clean & modern. There is a shared kitchen, which is small but has everything that you would need. We actually never needed to use the kitchen. In the room we had a fridge, tea & coffee making facilities. There was also a hairdryer , iron and ironing board. The host is reached by 'What's app'. You are also sent the information on how to enter the accommodation via 'What's app'. The host replies very quickly & will arrange to have any needs/requirements sorted. The apartment is in a great location, 2 minute walk to the Sea organ & Solar light show. The apartment is in the old town where there are plenty of bars, cafes & restaurants. I would highly recommend the Zadera we enjoyed our stay.

we stayed for 3 nights, so it would have been nice to get at least the trash bins emptied and bathroom/shower mat/towel changed. the shower was open, and the floor got pretty wet while showering, and the mat/towel just never dried due to constant humidity in the bathroom. just small things, though.

Beautiful furnishings and decor. Great layout and a lot of windows. Comfortable everything. Amazing bathtub and bathroom overall. Located close to everything. Highly recommend.

We accidentally used all the hot water before filling the tub which is more on us but was devastating as the tub was incredible. The tub does take a very long time to fill as well. But this is minor compared to having a really great suite in a really great location.

The location of Zadera is excellent as you are just round the corner from the Greeting to the Sun monument and the Sea Organ, but it's on a quiet enough street that you'll not be bothered by the noise of the crowds gathering there. You also have The Garden Lounge next store to enjoy a drink in the sun, and are within walking distance of all the main bars, restaurants and sites in the old town. You're also only steps away from the Boatmen of Zadar crossing, so if you want to head over to the new part of Zadar or down to the Borik Marina it's easy enough to do.

Lovely apartment. Spotless and bed was so comfortable. Bath in room and a lovely bathroom with a walk in shower. Nice toch was water and a beer a little bottle of wine in fridge.

Loved everything. Only comment was no milk for the coffee that was provided.

The location was amazing - less than 5 minutes from the Old Town. The interior was also very good, as well as then cleanliness and overall feel. 10/10 all around.

Nothing really comes to mind at all. The entry way has no lights, so may be a problem for those who are visually or mobility impaired, but for us no issue.
