The room was so pretty, like old building with a pretty but small balcony. We had a very pretty view of the church. The room was also in the center of old town to we could go there often to use the toilet.

A man working at the restaurant next door was sometimes smoking cigarettes in the hall by the door. It was really disgusting to walk out sometimes. But everything with the room itself was pretty good, however the shower might need some deep scrubbing.

The suite was right in the heart of the old town across from a cathedral, close to the airport bus drop-off (two-minute walk), near boutiques and restaurants and main sites, and a quick stroll to the sea.

Eh. The "city room" description on Booking is a "courtyard" that is a relic of an old building and rubble, overgrown bushes etc. It's an OLD town, but still not what I expected for my 3-night stay. I did request a room change. Initially, I didn't hear back after two days in my "city view," but then was told I could move to "cathedral view," which for me was much better. But--there is a cafe below (noise, cigarette smoke), and the square can be busy (I was there during quiet late-October), so if you prefer SILENCE, stick with the "city view." To me, the listing just requires a little more clarity to avoid suprise or disappointment.

The location was absolutely perfect - right in the centre of the old town. Surprisingly we didn't hear the church bells (which we thought we might!). Very cute, character property. Easy access by key code. Big bed, good sized bathroom and tea/coffee facilities with a small fridge provided as well.

Main entrance was left open all night as it is a communal entrance. The entrance to the property was of course locked and secured. The property is in need of a bit of care purely due to its age.

Location: in the old city and close to all the fascinating tourist sites. Bed: large and comfortable. Bathroom: while basic the shower was spacious and the water temperature and pressure was good. Room: quant furniture adds a certain charm. Air conditioning/heating kept the chill out of the room.

I didn't dislike any aspect of the room.

Everything about this booking I loved. First of all the location is I think the best for Zadar. I was more central than any other traveller, I talked to. The appartment is really really cozy and in the morning you just need to go downstairs and pick your coffee right there. I for sure coming back and would reccomend it to anyone PS: The Beds are not that soft, I really appecitate that!

Truly beautiful room and building. I was obsessed with the windows. Bathroom lovely, everything spotless and hi spec. There is a kettle and a fridge and plenty of towels (this is rare, holiday properties sometimes like to skimp on towels and it’s no fun if you have long hair). I had not realised quite how stunning the location was - right on the square where the cathedral is, and the Corpus Christi procession happened while I was there. Also liked the little bar Lloyd downstairs for morning coffee and evening pivo - the property Wi-Fi works when you’re at the bar tables. Supermarket two minutes’ walk, all of the old town accessible with ten minutes.

Nothing really. Could have had more choice of tea and coffee maybe? There were only a few slightly random individual packets left by other travellers. I think the bed was memory foam and I prefer a sprung mattress. I am an early riser so I loved this, but if you’re not be aware the cathedral bells will wake you at 7am whether you like it or not :D

If you close your eyes on the hideous entryway, the actual rooms are pretty good, with unique designs. Some beds are more comfortable than others, some rooms are facing the back of the building (with hideous views from the windows) but are pretty quiet, other ones have terrific views out the window but the air con is not very cold on a hot day. All in all a pretty decent stay, I wouldn’t call it luxury though.

Air conditioner didn’t work well in some rooms. Entryway is pretty bad, looks like a run down building.

Location was fantastic, and the interior of the room was beautiful, and great value for the price we paid at the end.

I know appliances were listed on booking so it's my fault I have expected to have iron in my room, still, that's a shame it wasn't provided. Also the smell was quite bad in the room.

Izvrstan smještaj. Lokacija stvarno savršena, plaža je blizu, a autobusni kolodvor je na svega 20-30 min hoda. Iako je na samom trgu i dalje daje osjećaj potpune privatnosti. Domaćica jako draga i pristojna, pustila nas je u apartman čak 4 sata ranije. Sve u svemu super provod!

My room had a beautiful view to the church. It was lovely! Location was fantastic, inside the old town but close to walk with luggage.

Bathroom could be renovated, no elevator, and the entrance is in the middle of two restaurants, but didnt have any noise because they all close early.
