Definitely one of the best family hotels we've been to, if not the best. We would like to thank the entire staff for their excellent work. I know how difficult it is to work in services, and I can appreciate the quality of services all the more. Great job, we will definitely be back..

Friendly and generally helpful staff, often able to speak a bit of English and a bit of German. Incredibly patient kids‘ caretakers, very dependendable, attentive to kids, supportive at all times! Nice little spa area and good range of treatments, sport areas, fitness and bowling also make it attractive for adults. Small but well maintained beach 200m away, plus secluded smaller spots on tiny cliffs to use as lounge areas at the sea!

A lot of kids activities were booked out on ou arrival, so I guess we should have booked each activity ahead of flying. Else, we were left with friendly and professional responses like: "yes, I can book your daughter for swimming in 4 days". it was end of season, I worry how hard it would be to spontaneously book anything in high season

Food is great, no matter if breakfast or lunch. Quality and variety is superb. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are great and quiet!

The Music. In my opinion is the played music (house mix) all around not suitable for Family's. Its like cafe del mar in Ibiza. In general it was very clean everywhere, except at the beach where also the “yoga platform” is, within the trees. There it was a little bit messy. Also the prices for beverages and ice (€ 2,50 for one ball) are too high.

It was all brilliant can’t recommend it enough! The children loved flaky land and the people working there were brilliant with them. Lots of fun workshops, science, cooking, football tournaments it was difficult to get them out. These guys work very hard and are amazing!! The food is brilliant, rooms amazing our kids couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw the climbing wall in their bedroom. The gym is lovely and the sports facilities are fab. We didn’t leave the hotel as there was so much to do for everyone. A real treat for the kids and parents alike!! Loads of indoor options too if weather not great. We loved it!

Nothing was all brilliant

Food was great, excellent selection of freshly cooked meat and fish. Didn't have to queue at the buffet as there are lots of staff which is good. The children loved the room which had chocolate fountains, ice cream, desserts, sweets etc. The bedroom was big and the children loved the climbing wall in the bedroom. Room cleaned daily and hotel clean overall. Very good hotel for families.

Water and soft drinks are expensive to buy at the hotel bar and there is no supermarket on site so keeping hydrated is expensive. Suggestion would be to have water coolers/fountains throughout the hotel. There was one in the spa area and at meal times however more places to refill water bottle would be great to keep the children hydrated in the heat and for sustainability.

The hotel is gorgeous, rooms are beautiful, everything is tastefully decorated. Food is out of this world! 11 out of 10. Our compliments to chefs. Staff is mostly lovely, Mia and other receptionists were great, polite and helpful. Cafeteria/bar could do bit better. However, given the number of kids and the children produced level of noise, I applaud all of them for patience and keeping their sanity. It's a family hotel, so do expect huge amount of children. Beach was fine, the sea was great, sunbeds sufficient. The massage was very good and reasonably priced. I don't understand all the negative comments related to drink prices in the restaurant. Nobody pressured us to order any drinks and we were absolutely fine with sodas provided in the machines free of charge. Don't look for problems where there are none. Also cleanliness in the restaurant was 100% good. Pools were good and clean, beds super comfortable, hotel could do with more slides for bigger kids but that's just details. We really loved the stay and would recommend especially for families with children below 10.

The only problem for us was that the resort is bit isolated. There is no shuttle, no bus to Petrcane, let alone Zadar, and there was nothing to do there in the evening (partly due to the season closing, but still kind of isolated in general) Also some gift shop in the hotel and supermarket closer to the hotel would have been fine.

Room: Size- we rented superior suite seaside Size of the room(s) was adequate but could be bigger Linnen was very good Air-conditioning was perfect considering temperature g Towels were plenty 5/5 Facilities are good, pools are big, deepest 1.4m Food is very good for a hotel(best part of hotel), always lots of different choices, and if all fails, freshly made pizza. Prices of drinks are mid to upper range. All personel is very kind and helpfull Beach is close

Room: Size- we rented superior suite seaside Beds are worn out, and matrasses need change ASAP Only 2 coffee capsules in room for free and no electric kettle is a big minus. There is one in public area that was 5 min walking. I bought one in local shop for 10e.... No normal glasses, just wine and small coffee cup Fridge is very close to useless, very basic weak one, does not keep cool. Breakfast lacks good coffee, it is just badly made machine one. Lunch could include desert and coffee Prices of drinks are  mid to upper range. Beach has poor access to the water so if you are not an athlete, avoid sea

Everything was just wonderful. It exceeded our expectation in every way. It is very tastefully designed, every detail thought through and it was amazingly comfortable. The food was simply delicious, the kids loved all the programme. The most wonderful was the service. From the front desk, wonderful Carla, to animators team led by Andrea, with Marcela and all the others, to Miroslav, Filip and many more in the restaurant and also all the chefs, housekeepers, to the last helper, were just amazing! Always smiling and saying hello. This is what really makes the stay great.

There was nothing we dis not like. If I think really hard, the sauna could have been opened maybe until 22 or 23, so that the parents can enjoy it after they put the kids to sleep.

we liked: - activities for kids - private swimming class 🔥 - food (tasty, fresh and adapted to kids as well) - facilities were clean and nice looking - swimming pools were warm and clean - there were new water bottles every day - extra room for laundry and feeding babies - quite nights (no extra sounds, except the sea 😍) - walking trail around the territory of the hotels with an excellent view on the sea

We did not like: - coffee and tea available ONLY in the morning. On other time you need to pay extra for that (it is not all included as it is called) - coffeemaker in the room needs cleaning and maintain regularly. Our was dirty with the coffee particles, that is why it was not working. The replaced coffee machine was dirty too, so we cleaned it by ourselves to get a proper coffee. Pease keep an eye on it. - there was no show program for adults only nimi disko for kids. - too many QR codes for kids program. We got a bit lost with different program schedule.

The hotel was perfect, room was very comfortable we had a free upgrade and stayed at the suit which was even too big for 3. There is a big balcony looking at a nice and quiet garden. The bed was very comfy. The housekeeping team was very effective, we asked for extra pillows and it was in our room in 5 mins! Many attractions at the pool. We never got bored.

The property was perfect, but there is a very strong sewer smell in the sea which we don't understand the source.
