The mobile home was lovely: beautiful setting, like in a garden, we had two bathrooms which was a nice surprise (in a two bedroom house). The camping facilities are well maintained. Nice spa area. Convenient to have a supermarket on the premises. And a lovely local lady who sells divine local produce in the stall every day: pršut, cheese, tomatoes, watermelon and fruit. She was the highlight of our stay and the friendliest person on the campsite. The camp is really clean. On my last day I was able to use the camping facilities (shared bathrooms etc) after checking out from my mobile home and everything was clean and pleasant to use.

One girl at the reception seemed quite junior and was clueless when I asked about a price from a an to the airport. But the next day her colleague not only knew it all but arranged for a cab for me. So this was a minor issue. And overall we had a great service. The main pool is too small for the size of the camp. Becomes too crowded. We didn’t use it at all for that reason. The beach is a public beach. And there were days it was dirty: sanitary pads, band aids and plastic floating in the surface. Would make sense to arrange more frequent clean ups.

It was a pleasure to stay there, a very comfortable home and facilities. Mobile homes are close to the sea and swimming pools, not overcrowded and we had plenty of personal space even when it was high season and it looked like the camp was fully booked. I stayed also at other places at Zadar and this one was the best, with the best atmosphere. The best sunset at the beach right in front of the camp. I would definitely recommend this place to everybody.

I would appreciate more plant-based options for the breakfast. I can imagine that there is some shuttle to the city center, as mainly on the evenings the public bus is very crowded.

1 bed mobile home was more than sufficient for 2 adults and a 6 year old. Great facilities and excellent location to explore nearby Zadar which was only a short taxi journey (6 euros)

The only downside to the whole stay was the lack of staff around the pool. Every morning the majority of beds were being taken before the pool even opened and many of them not being used until late morning/early afternoon with no staff anywhere to be seen to monitor it. A really simple thing to resolve!!

Everything is Perfect! Location, near the pool and beach. All restaurants in Borik are 10 min away. Facilities in camp like toilets, sauna, gym, sun-beds etc are free to use. Mobile Homes are cozy, have their own privacy. Parking is available near Mobile Homes. We got fresh and clean towels every three days. Kitchen has everything you need to make meals everyday - and bonus: they have market for groceries in Camp that works on Sunday as well! Coming back, for sure.

The best was the house itself. Swimming pool was very clean and spacious.

Towels should be changed every 3 days, but we received fresh one day before we left the house, after 6 days of staying. The was a lot of noises the construction site and neighbours- group of young people who was making a lot of noise at night.

We absolutely loved our stay! Very comfortable room with everything needed. Kitchen was even equipped with dishwater and coffee machine. Beach is very close, with amazing sunset views. I loved the nature here, with pine trees, lavander, birds singing. Highly recommend!

Very good size accommodation for 7 people. Good location near the beach and only short ride to the old town. Food very good and good price from the restaurant.

We went out of season (April) so weren’t aware the pools would be closed - used the pool in the spa for the family swim in the morning instead. Not a lot of choice from the shop and was pricey.

Everything about the property is amazing, clean, modern, and everything is working as intended.

I feel that the price per night is still high considering that you stay in a small mobile home

Highlight was proximity to the beautiful beach. Excellent facilities, shop, restaurant, gym and spa. Staff at the desk were very helpful particularly when we were checking out. Our bags were stored and we stayed on campsite until our flight time.

We visited before peak season, so the pool, spa, and restaurant were not open. We were able to go to their sister hotel about 700m away from the property, which was nice for the kids.

The only negative was that the sofa bed in the living room was uncomfortable to sit on. There also were no scissors in the home.
