The apartment was located in the very center of the old town (Narodni trg) and yet it was incredibly silent - a newly renovated studio in a historic building, spotless clean, very luminous and smartly furnished with a beautiful view of the Zadar old town roofs. I had to skip the breakfast, but the place where they serve it looked really nice and the food looked delicious... The staff was very kind and helpful.

The apartment was on the third floor, no lift. I didn't mind, but probably not suitable if you're carrying heavy luggage or have mobility issues. There are only a few parking places available, so you should make sure to book one well in advance. Finding a parking spot in Zadar in July and August can be very challenging,

The apartment is located in the main road of the old town, it’s very convenient for waking to all the landscapes. The church is just in the front of the door, the cafe bar and restaurant are around. I have to say, this location is prefect for tourists! Besides, the house master helps to deliver the breakfast to our room, so kindly and thoughtful, we are very surprise for such good service! The only problem is we are feel cold due to the bad wether, but we didn’t want to disturb the house master, so just bearing with the cold sleeping. While it will definitely not impact the good experience for living here!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The location is perfect—close to everything. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The staff was also fantastic—always friendly, professional, and quick to assist with any requests. They truly made me feel welcome. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and convenience

Great location in old town (beatiful view from window), next to the best ice cream place in Zadar. The room was very spacious, good beds, and air-conditioning. Staff were great and very accommodating.

No safe in the room. The bathroom was not equipped and finished to the same standard as the rest of the room. No lid on the toilet, crack in sink and wobbly tap. Not deal breakers, but just took the edge off the stay a little.

We loved everything about our holiday in Central Apartments Zadar. From the minute we arrived we were looked after by our host Karlo. Anything you want or need to know about Zadar, ask Karlo. There are many restaurants to chose from, all close by to the apartments. We were spoilt for choice. We will definitely be back again to meet our good friends Karlo and Marin ( forgive me if I spelt your name incorrectly).

Having to leave Zadar

The apartment was in an interesting old building and was renovated in a sympathetic and atmospheric style. It had everything we needed and more. Karlo was a great host. The old town and the surrounding area was great. Really good value and breakfast included too.

Would have liked a view. We kept the shutters closed as we were on the ground floor and the “garden” was a shared yard used for storage by a resident and not suitable for using as outside space. Need more soundproofing in the flat above (another rental with the same company).

Our apartment was situated at only 2minutes away from city bridge,easy access to old town centre of Zadar. Was an honour to sleep in an apartment with history as the painting in the apartment is from 17th century and the stone from the walls are crom 16th century. Clean,quiet with extra towels,pillows available if need it and the steam iron a very good asset for wrinkled clothing.

The location was excellent, right next to the main square and cathedral in the Old Town. Karlo kindly arranged an airport pick up and met us to show us the apartment. The accommodation was perfect and the apartment clean and quiet. Very good breakfast. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby and everyone was very friendly. The Old Town was beautiful.
