The property is located on the small peninsula attached attached to the mainland Croatia. One should be informed that these are not hotel rooms they are furbished apartment rooms. Most of the properties in this area were refurbished rooms as no new construction is allowed because of the heritage-protected status of this area. The host is friendly and will inform you of all the tourist attractions in the area. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. They were generous with toiletry supplies in the room. The host accommodates your request for invoice to the company.

These are not really negative aspects, but just somethings that a visitor should know before arriving. 1) About the breakfast: You get a token for the breakfast at another cafe two streets away from the accommodation. After our first day, we preferred to go to another cafe, as the variety was not really so great. 2) Considering it is not really a hotel, but just rooms, a shared (or in the room) kitchenette area may have been good.

Location was excellent, could not have asked for a better spot. The room itself was spotless and everything was in good working order. The bed was very comfortable so no problem sleeping. While there was noise in the street below, the shutters and thick windows effectively kept it to a barely audible level. The A/C was easy to use and kept the unit at the desired temperature.

There is not much to criticize. Of course, a bit more space would be nice, but considering the city-center location and price, the space was fine.

The bathroom and tub were exceptional. The frig was stocked. The location was good. The bed comfortable.

I did not know Zadar and the inability to bring luggage close to the room. We are traveling for three weeks and have more than our share of luggage. It would have been nice to have a detailed explanation prior to travel so that arrangement could be made being 75. I also did not understand the breakfast voucher and did not give it to the waiter before getting a menu.

We were greeted by the property manager who took the time to explain everything to us and made so many wonderful recommendations. The rooms are bright and beautifully decorated, spacious and spotless. All of the added touches were very considerate as well. The location could not have been better. Everything was so close to the hotel we were able to drop off packages and make stops throughout the day. I can highly recommend the hotel.

Location was amazing - five minutes walk from everywhere! Inga recommended and booked restaurants for us - Malo Misto was great.

Only issue was the fact the room is two floors up and we had ridiculously big cases but Inga sent her adorable son to carry them up for us!

The breakfast was included but we had to walk 5 min to get there.

I didn't like to have to go up 40 steps to get to the room. If you're not fit it's not for you and you better have a small suitcase (carry-on) to travel in the B&B's in Europe. They don't have elevators so you better be prepared to go up stairs because when you book online you have no idea on what floor you'll end up.

The property location is excellent. It is centrally located in the old town near tourist attractions and also the point from where the excursions start. Also, for those who arrive by bus from the airport, it is close to the last stop in Liburnska Obala. Ms Inga, who represented the property, helped us with all our queries promptly before, during and after our stay in Zadar. She connected us to people who helped us with the private transfers from the airport to Plitvice Lakes National Park and Dubrovnik. She ensured that our stay in Zadar was comfortable. My family members and I had a memorable stay in Zadar.

We felt the price per night at this property is slightly higher than the similarly sized properties and with similar facilities provided elsewhere in Balkan nations and a few EU nations. Soundproofing the walls may help the guests as sounds from the adjoining rooms are audible.

The property was excellently located right in the heart of the city. Well equipped. The fridge with enough water, coke and orange juice enough for 2 people for a week. So you always have a cold drink to take with you into the hot weather outside. Very thoughtful of the host Nina.

Very clean and in an amazing location. Right in the center of it all. With that being said it was a bit loud at night. Inga was a brilliant host and very good source of information of her city.

For the price we were expecting someone would be coming into the room daily to make up the bed and refresh the towels.

Everything was amazing - from the hostess to the room itself to the upscale bathroom to the central location! Would definitely go back here in a heartbeat and recommend this property to anyone else as well!
