Looks exactly like the photos. Very clean and comfortable. The linens were great - I'm all about a comfortable bed with excellent linens that actually FIT the mattress. The AC worked, the tub was a dream after a long day of sightseeing and we would definitely stay there again.

The hallways were VERY dark and the lights in the stairwell did not come on as they were supposed to(?) making it pretty dangerous going up and down the steps at night. I would recommend getting some better light sensors so they come on or someone may be injured. We missed the last step as it was so dark.

Location is amazingly central right in the middle of Old Town and close to paid public parking. No free parking available anywhere near Old town and one next to us was quiet reasonable. Building and apartment was secure and easy access to restaurants, shops and shore. Historic sites are close by and easy to go for a walk around.

WiFi is not that great and keeps disconnecting and needs to be reset. Room does not have enough natural light and shower place does not have proper light or exhaust. Thought I can imagine as it's an old building so yeah !

Its location is on the main thoroughfare, so eating places, culture, harbour, promenade etc is short walking away but the apartment is inward facing so quiet. It has: a high grade classy decor; comfortable seating and bed; and, all mod cons for self catering. Marin/Mario were excellent hosts and kindly offered to provide a transfer from the airport but we used the excellent bus.

It didn’t bother us but access is up three flights of stairs.

This was a wonderful apartment. We stayed for 3 nights and it proved to be one of our best accommodations in our 3 week Croatian stay From the outset, Marin was in contact with us and met us as we arranged at the apartment. It proved to be a spacious, comfortable and well situated space where we could relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring. Thank you.

The only issue we had was a leak in the coffee machine. We could still make a coffee but needed to mop up some water afterwards.

The flat was very comfortable, had all the necessary appliances, everything worked fantastically. The staff were friendly and explained everything. The location is also nice, very central. The coffee every morning is also a great touch.

This is not at fault of the owners, but the flat is right near the church and you hear the bells every hour. Since it's also very centralized, you can definitely hear noise during the night from the people in the streets. This is not particularly problematic for most people, but can be for some. There's also no washing machine (but there's a laundry shop nearby).

It is very central in old town. Restaurants, bakery with fresh bread and freshly made rolls, ice cream bars, grocery store all around you here. Very close to sea organ and views of magnificent sun sets. Beaches are about 15 minutes walk. The provider recommended a taxi to collect us for our very early flight home, which we were very grateful for.

Gorgeous apartment, clean with good facilities- we especially found the fridge and kettle helpful! Good apartment right in the centre of old town Zadar. Mario went above and beyond to help us have the most comfortable stay- an absolute gentleman & asset to the family business!

No lift! Our room was on the fourth floor and it was a bit difficult with luggage etc. Also, we chose the room with the bi- fold doors but actually it was a hassle to open them up as a heavy chair & side table needed moving every time and the space was very tight! Maybe the layout could be rethought to allow for easier access to open & close the doors? Otherwise a pretty perfect choice. Thankyou 🙂

I liked that the room had a clean modern feel. The bathroom and room was decorated nicely and there was plenty of space for clothes to be put away. The little touches such as shampoo and shower gel were handy. The welcome was nice and friendly. The location is ideal and all the shops, bars and restaurants you could need are just underneath you! The marina front was a short 5 minute walk.

Initially upon arrival we were really disappointed as we were under the impression we had booked the apartment from the photos. This is a much larger room with a view and self catering facilities. It was only on arrival we were shown the room that was quite small, up 3 flights of stairs and had no windows that looked out so it felt a little claustrophobic. I also think the price for the small room is on the high side and had I known that was what I was paying for I probably wouldn't have booked it. When we questioned the host he admitted this isn't the first time the mix up had happened which was slightly frustrating. This shouldn't take away from the fact it was a nice stay, it is meant more as a heads up so no one falls short like we did.

I loved the location of the property right on the Main Street near everything and 10 minutes walk from the sea organ. They were also nice and provided us a ride to and from the airport for thirty euro.

There wasn’t a way to pay with card at the property. They wanted to do a bank transfer but since I’m from the US I couldn’t do that so I had to take out cash and pay ATM fees.

The amazing communication! Due to flight delay I had to change my check in time multiple times and I got an answer always immediately! Marin and Mario are exceptionally kind! Also the room was very clean and the location just a dream! in the middle of everything and despite it being right in the center was very quite! The huge bed also a big plus!!
