The people were great and very helpful, especially with teaching me how to make a call and helping with my ferry boo boo, that would have been a disaster for rest of vacation if they didn’t help. Would stay a little longer next time to explore the area. I originally chose it just to break up a long drive.

Parking is tight, with only 3 spots, so well worth the 20 euros to reserve a spot, when I made the reservation. If u have car, I would recommend. Would have been way more stressful without it, since I’m not a big fan of wheeling my luggage down the street.

2nd year in a row visiting Zadar as part of our Croatia Holiday. The obvious place to stay for us. Easy to book. Easy to find. Staff is excellent, and breakfast is sufficient. Zadar and Teatro Verdi are on our must do list in croatia. Close to everything but yet far enough away from the crowds. If coming by car, suggest to book medium car. The parking bays are tight.

The best location to walk around beautiful charming Zadar old town. This small hotel (only 12 rooms) is a gem with well designed room even though all room are on ground level but it has the best sound proof. We loved our stay here a lot, staffs were so friendly and full of hospitality. We arrived early so we left our luggages there, when we came back to check in they already put our luggages in our room. This one act already made this hotel outstanding in our memory of Zadar trip, thank you.

Small, Boutique, Personalized, Charming, Friendly, Helpful, Convenient

We had room 3 and while everything was very nice, our only negative would have to be the location was next to the bar/breakfast area. We are early risers so it didn’t really matter to us as much but right at 6:30am you hear the noise of the breakfast preparation and especially when making coffee, the grounds must be emptied and there was a lot of banging. My suggestion is to request any room other than 3 and you’ll be fine.

Convenient location in the old town, just a short walk to the famous Sea Organ. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - very fresh and real cappuccino. Rooms are all on the main floor so very convenient if you don’t like stairs. Despite location, it was quiet.

Main floor windows onto side road make keeping a window open difficult, but they do have air conditioning.

Great location, beautiful room , small friendly hotel right in old town , but quiet despite being in old area, walking distance to everything , continental breakfast was delicious. We stayed one night , would have extended stay but they were fully booked !

The location of the property was perfect to visit the old Zadar which is a pedestrian zone. In addition a nice terrace for breakfast or coffee. The hotel offers some parking on a side street so we were able to park and unload/load bagage very easily. The people at reception were very pleasant and helpful. They even looked up the opening hours of a neighborhood laundromat. The room was very nice and tastefully decorated. The hotel lay out was most interesting and convenient. Built on the location of a famous old theater, it is all ground floor. But with no car traffic on the streets it is very quiet

What a special little hotel. The location was perfect just inside the city walls and the pre-booked parking was right next to the hotel. Other parking was available just outside the city walls, about a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They worked very hard and always had a smile and kind greeting. Our room was comfortable and a good size with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was simple and served on the small terrace. A greater choice of food could be had for an extra cost by ordering from the a la carte breakfast menu. From the hotel it was very easy to walk to all the main attractions and even though you were part of the inner city it was still quiet at night. The bar and terrace of the hotel were open for late night drinks if needed.

The hotel is very quiet, brand new and very clean! Our stay was great - we were assisted with everything by the staff who were extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious, everything is new. The rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfast was good, but not very diverse. The location is great - in the heart if the old town, next to the sea and near lots of restaurants. :)

I just didn't enjoy that the rooms are on the ground floor and the windows are right on the back street.
