swimming pool spacious 1 bedroom appartement

Wi-Fi really bad, despite having 3 wifi-networks. Next to that also bad data network around the housing. Quite far away from centre and beach. The nearest beach you can walk but if it's + 30°degrees.... Uber one way is +/- €6 so that's a good solution. Since the building has many appartements you have the chance to be 'locked' in with groups which can be noisy and loud.

Our hosts were really kind and we felt really welcome. The flat was really cosy, with 2 nice bedrooms and a a living room. The beds were really comfy. The location is not central but city center is easy to reach (10 min by car). There is a free parking. There is a nice garden with a swimming pool and turtles. I would recommend this place !

The entrance was smelling cigarette (really strong smell). But it didn't smell in the flat. The heated swimming pool was not really warm (my niece couldn't stay in the water, it was too cold for her).

We liked the pool; although quite small, it was good to cool off in. Handy, safe off road parking. Comfy beds and a/c. Vesna was lovely and welcoming.

It does need a little updating and a toaster or microwave would have been nice but that’s partly our fault for not reading what facilities there were. You can walk into the old town (40mins?) but if its hot an Uber was under 6Euros. I did find it very hard to get responses from the property before our visit.

Excellent location, 10 mins from the beach, 25 mins walk to Zadar's old town which has numerous restaurants, shops and bars. 2 mins from a supermarket. 5 mins from an excellent restaurant. Villa vanilla was clean and comfortable. Hostess was extremely helpful and friendly and made our stay welcoming and comfortable.

This is a beautifully quiet little spot with a very friendly owner who will help with as much as she can.The accomodation is clean and everything you need and the outside seating space overlooking the pool is lovely.

Everything was clean. Pool was great. Host Vensa very friendly. Quiet area.

Could have been better with some pool facilities, instead of having to go up to room, also if later flight and by pool no facilities.

We didn’t have breakfast. Although villa vanilla was excellent it was a little too far to walk into the main town, so we had to rely on taxis-was only 6 euros so not too bad really.

a very comfortable apartment with all facilities required for cooking. the space was very comfortable and we were able to do our washing. pool area was lovely when the sun came out. Also, there is a cute little tortoise garden! Our host Vesna, was warm and friendly, provided lots of helpful information and made us feel very welcome. After we told her about our difficulties with taxis she gave us useful info about alternative routes we could take, great!

It was slightly difficult to get an Uber/Bolt to pick us up at busy times. Not the property owner’s fault though!

Good parking at rear, clean,lovely pool. Honest host...I paid to much tax and she found me and gave extra back.

Restaurant recommendation wasn`t a good choice. Would give the Eden restaurant a miss :(
