The location is beautiful! It’s convenient with kids. My kids loved the heated pool and playground. The staff was friendly.

The rooms were a little cheap feeling: we came off season so I felt the value for what we paid was ok. But had I paid the regular price I might have been disappointed. We had to slam the hotel room dort for it to stay shut. The maids left it open twice bc it doesn’t latch easily. The plugs come out of the wall when you pull them. Just little things like that. It was very clean and we were comfortable enough: the sofa bed is a little hard but my 7 year old was ok on its There were some inaccuracies on Booking. The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle. Also the spa is nudist. So, that was a deal breaker for me and my kids. The food was good. But it was standard hotel buffet food.

The amount of sunbad is not enough for all, a lot of visitors starting from early morning “reserved” it with towels… which seems not okay for such level of hotel. Also there is no beach which belongs to the hotel. To swim in the sea you need to go all time from hotel zone and return back to the pools. Pools are not so clean, not all visitors used to take shower after the sea and before entering to the pool The cleaning services is not working so good, the clean room you can receive around 3-4 pm only

Rooms were nice, big, modern and clean. Hotel itself exceeded our expectations. Hotel is really big, but everything looked clean, modern, well organized and fool of amenities for adults and kids. Staff - amazing! Helpful, always smiling, kind and polite! Will go extra mile to make guests happy. Food outstanding - quality, choice and taste! All Inclusive drink bar a bit lower level but was good enough for us.

The only thing was that bathroom's first part had no door to the first part of it (bath and sink). There was a door to the WC and shower. The room was family room, and we couldn't imagine how would you be able to have a bath when children around...? We managed but were a bit confused.... ?! :D

Location was great. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Everything seemed clean. Pool was fun. Food was ok. Drinks were ok. Short walk to view the magnificent sunset. Easy uber to Zadar. We had fantastic weather, which was nice. Facilities such as gym, sauna, indoor/outdoor pool, slide were all nice. All inclusive is so easy.

The entire building needs an update. It is outdated and old. In our opinion, not 4 star quality. The housekeeping seemed to do a good job. Our room was much smaller and than we thought and kids bunk bed was not comfortable. A/C didn't work very well. However the staff was very friendly and accommodating so that was a huge plus.

Some parts do need renovation like elevators, pool area, room bathroom was fully functional however some parts of it look as if done by someone in haste or without proper knowledge..all these look like minor investments and could improve the overall impression significantly once resolved. Also dinner menu could use and upgrade, both in variety and quality of ingredients..

Excellent location, very good sea and a lot of space to swim. Extremely friendly staff.

Too many people, very noisy, and German management should think about to construct second elevator for such building 2, that is long and hosts small kids, because alone elevator was broken during our staying with my disabled daughter, using wheelchair.

The property was in a superb location, watching the sun going down over the water whilst sat on the hotel terrace sipping a cocktail , doesn’t get much better than that. For an all inclusive stay the food was excellent with great quality ingredients freshly cooked

Croatia produces some superb wine but unfortunately the wine that was served as part of the inclusive deal would’ve been better used as red wine vinegar in a salad dressing. We decided to buy wine by the bottle which was excellent so perhaps charge a little more for the stay but include a better quality of wines

Me and my family always feel at home here and have been coming back every year at least once❣️ Firstly, excellent location and spacious and safe parking space, welcoming, friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, great food options and amenities, right in front of the beach! 🏖️🍹🍸 I love your flip-flops, every time I go, a pair of typical white and blue flip-flops 🩴awaits for me in the room! So comfortable to wear for dinner, breakfast or to go to the beach! I usually wear them when I go back from my trip until they are destroyed completely from wearing, and many times I have been asked about them! What is Falkensteiner, they look nice, love the colors 💙🫶 This time around, No flip-flops in the room 🥺 so I went to the reception desk to inquire about them. I was so lucky that Doria&Mario were at the desk, they arranged for the flip-flops to be delivered to our room which made me very happy (i got a 38-40 size, i am 42, so this time I wasn’t able to wear them, tried to change them the next day, Doria&Mario were not there, but the girl at the reception said she would look for a bigger size and would send them to the room. I guess the big sizes were gone! ) The way Doria handled the inquiry was very profesional, eager to find the flip-flops in the cabinets that were nowhere to be seen, along with Mario who was very kind an warm at the time of our check-in, meant a lot to me! Thank you 🙏🏼 (we were not able to complete the online check-in so we checked-in at the reception) Also, my mom and I noticed that this year, you put extra trash bins out in the parking area which we loved, very, very useful!

The bed cover is very comfy, but it was a bit short for us :) our feet were cold 🥶☺️

I liked the pool, sunbeds and sunshades in the garden. The sandy beach is easily accessible from the hotel garden. Very good breakfast and dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with the room at the top floor with an exceptional sea view. The staff has managed to fulfill my extra wish from the booking request. The seagulls at the hotel roof are funny.

The meals at the snack bar are repetitive. Missing the good ice cream which was served in the years before. It's little bit overpriced. Unfortunately at half of the stay I got sick either from the sea water, pool water or food. I got the exact same sickness last year at the same hotel. I read it in the local news that some virus was found at the Borik sandy beach. Unfortunately the hotel staff didn't make us aware of this. Since it's the second year in row I got sick there, I assume there is a longterm problem at the location.

My husband and I go for the variety of the buffet to be honest. We love just having a bit of this and a bit of that! If you are a swimmer, the price includes the pool. Massage available as well. Even like the shops in the hallway. If one is lucky, you are upgraded to the recently refitted rooms. Which have a lovely comfy bed, and beautifully decorated, even if they are in the hotel livery! Great place.

If you are fortunate to get an upgraded room, there is nothing to dislike.
