Friendly staff with a very welcoming and helpful receptionist. Spacious comfortable room. Reasonable breakfast, not loads of choice but sufficient enough. Located in a quiet area with easy (free) car parking. The compromise is that the location is not central, but I don't mind that as I like a walk. Walking at an average pace takes about 40 minutes alongside the seafront into Zadar old town (5 mins for those that prefer to drive or taxi).

My only negative would be that my mattress was very soft, so it took me a while to drop off to sleep as I prefer a firm mattress (personal choice, others will prefer soft).

The beds were comfy, and the air conditioning really good. The staff were really helpful, and arranged taxis for us both from the airport and the ferry. Also we were worried as our ferry was delayed that we wouldn't get to check in before reception closed at midnight... the staff very kindly gave us instructions, left our room open, just in case!

We had some mozzies in our room on the first night, and would have preferred it if we had tea and coffee making facilities in our room as we had late arrivals on the 2 nights we stayed. However, the receptionist did open up the restaurant on one occasion so that we could make a drink before bed, very helpful , thank you

The breakfast was very nice. I enjoyed experiencing things that were from Croatia. The staff were very, very helpful and very, very courteous. They made me feel more welcome. It was further from the old town, but I enjoyed the walk to and from my convention. A restaurant nearby, which was a recommendation from the staff was really very good. I really liked the sitting area outside with the big fig trees and the blue sky.

My only suggestion might be to make sure the air conditioner was a bit stronger. It may have been my not be familiar with it. Otherwise, it was very comfortable. The bathroom extremely clean and seemed new.

Rooms were clean, bathrooms look like they have been renovated recently - all in all, a comfortable place to stay and a good location close to a beach

I’d recommend updating their external signage as it probably doesn’t give the hotel the best possible impression

A really good hotel as it was only a short walk to the beach. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was fairly spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Perhaps some of the decorations around the hotel could be seen to, i.e. small repairs to things and repainted.

Location is at very good place not in the towncenter directly, but the sea shore is close which is very nice. It is a good walk along the seaside to town center. Breakfast was perfect, there is a good Mexican style restaurant in front of the building. Also there is parking lot next to building.

Only reason it didn't get 10/10 is because there was no kettle in the room don't know if this is a Croatia thing or not ?

The staff was excellent and took care of us. Our room had a deck overlooking the garden which we loved. The location of the hotel was easy to find and parking was also easy right in front. It is a small hotel but nonetheless provided us with a good breakfast.

The hotel is in an older building and thus has no elevator. The room was somewhat small and the shower was tempramental.

The hotel is located in the calm place and very close to beaches. There a also a supermarket nearby and a very good Mexican restaurant in front. The staff is good. The breakfast is above average.

We had booked a boat trip on the day of the departure and were able to store our luggage at the hotel after check-out and also leave the car parked for that day at the hotel´s parking lot. This was great and we were happy to get this customer service.

At breakfast there was still a lot of plastic. Hopefully it is all recicled.
